Good food Great staff Well laid out for social distancing

God to be back after lockdown. Had a really enjoyable time and of course great food and service!

Want ribs? These are the best baby back ribs this side of the pond. Great menu, great atmosphere, fair prices. Been coming here for years, never been dissapointed yet. The first restaurant I came to when the lock down ended.

Overall it was ok. Quite average. The decor was good and staff friendly. Food not so great. The rib eye steak seemed like it had been double cooked so was really tough. Eat over half of mine. We had ribs and chicken wings for starters. The ribs were overly salty and the ribs quite plain and tasteless. Probably won’t visit again.

The food wasnt very nice. The steak was overcooked and chewy, prawns were dry and wings were tasteless. The service wasnt great, I had a drink spilled over me and the manager was rude! We wont be going back there anytime soon.

Amazing food really worth it. Cocktails okay but not fresh - plus really loud and quite cramped.

Can get a little noisy at a couple moments but there was a big group in so think that’s the only reason why.

It was a first time visit so didn’t know what to expect, we will be returning everything was perfect, the food and atmosphere were spot on, it was chilled and laid back , the time from ordering to receiving your meal was perfect no long wait, the portions were great for someone with a large appetite and perfectly cooked

Shockingly poor service and absolutely galling for Valentines evening when they had at least 4 staff members on. After arriving on time and being seated promptly, our order was taken and we waited 45 minutes for nothing to happen whilst being ignored by the staff serving everyone around us. The table next to us ordered after us and ate both of their courses in the time we were sat waiting, and we had to watch people constantly being served the food we were desperately guessing might be ours as it was put on the pass. If for some reason our wings and steak (notoriously quick food to cook) were taking a long time why on earth weren’t we told what to expect, or at least checked in with instead of being left with an empty table. We eventually walked out, nobody seemed to notice which was a shame because I wanted to speak to staff but there was no one at the reception. I had read a lot of negative reviews about service online and gave this restaurant benefit of the doubt; such a regret and I will make a point of ensuring none of my friends or family bother either. Luckily we don’t let terrible restaurants ruin our date nights but I will not forget this experience and we will not be returning! Complacency loses customers.

This is THE place to go to for ribs and, once again, it didn’t disappoint. The service can be a little hit’n’miss sometimes, but this time it was spot on. As always the full rack of peri-peri ribs was really well cooked and seasoned... always a winner!

My rib eye stake was nothing like it should be I have never had rib eye with gristle cooked red half way through the other half white I really don't know what it was It was not ribeye
