Brilliant food and vibe on a Thursday karaoke night. Very attentive staff

Lovely food and presentation, friendly atmosphere and drinks are amazing.. Looking forward to the next visit. I need to try other dishes but I can't get enough of the cheese maccoroni and oxtail, the meat leaves the bone and the portion are great. Happy I found chagos and I will be back sooner then later. Thanks Chagos for your hospitality and great vibes

It didn’t happen! We arrived on time and was met by the waitress who didn’t have a clue about our reservation. The place was packed, she went off to get her dad this took about 15- 20 minutes of waiting. Then a man showed up and told us to wait another 20 minutes!!! Totally unacceptable as I had booked in advance and paid a deposit of £90!!! I asked for my deposit back it ruined the birthday dinner which what it was booked for. What is the point of having a booking system if it doesn’t work? And why did I pay a deposit for nothing??? It was for my daughter’s birthday, we ended up eating at a much nicer place around the corner. Will not be going there again, appalling customer service.

Very tasty food and large portions, decent prices, will definitely try the brunch option next time
