Been here many times, but not for a year. Food remains really high standard, excellent service and atmosphere. Starters were excellent but lamb shank main was slightly dry and prawns could have been more generous for the price. Otherwise really great. Will go again.

A very nice welcome from the manager (who recognised me). The restaurant always has a lovely atmosphere. The service is good. The food is very tasty, but expensive. All in all, a good night and I will remain a returning customer.

Our first visit to this restaurant and, boy, were we pleased with our choice. The food was absolutely delicious - we were a party of eight and everyone said their dishes were fantastic - and the servers were lovely, if perhaps a little frazzled as the place was crowded.

One of the few places you can get soft shell crab as well as small starter portions of duck. They also have a really nice salad with a great salad dressing.

Managed to get a table. It was packed, but still no problem with service and speed from the kitchen. Staff are so friendly.

You need to book this place ahead to be sure of a table, so many people tried to get in while we were there.

We came here for an early lunch, knowing we could enjoy the starter size portions, so we would not be full for Christmas eve dinner. Outsanding service.

Fanta, one of the staff had remembered I went away to Brighton for my birthday a few days before. At the end of our lovely dinner, she brought a chocolate mouuse cake, to die for and so well decorated. Congrats to all there and so very many thanks for the memories.

A great restaurant and quite difficult to get into as it is so popular. Very good menu and good portion sizes. Great food. They are very flexible as well. Good choice of wines and wonderful service.

The atmosphere was fine and the service was excellent. The desert (chocolate chilli cheesecake) was excellent. But the starters and the mains were just too salty for our tastes. It was a real shame because the flavours were excellent, but they were just overpowered by the saltiness. It was the same for all of the dishes we ordered.

A total gem of a restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had the scallops, calamari, monkfish and pad Thai. It was all fantastic. We can't wait to return.

We visited at lunch time to celebrate a birthday and anniversary . The meal was excellent. They catered for vegetarians and had Halal dishes. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the staff are lovely

We loved our dinner. One of the starters (beef salad) was really spicy though, it should have probably come with a warning. But otherwise it was all delicious. My friend’s lamb shank massaman was “the best meal she’s had in a very long time”. Service was friendly and relaxed, and we also loved the decor.

My partner and I had an amazing birthday dinner at Champor Champor. Everything was meticulous - the service, food, ambience, and price value. The king prawns were absolutely delightful! I highly recommend it! A special thank you to the Champor Champor team for serving a slice of cheesecake as a birthday treat and adding a cute message on it! It was a splendid evening!

Smashed our expectations. I booked a table for 2 and we were seated immediately. Place was packed, and now I know why! From the complimentary starters - banana bread and corn fritters (sooo exquisite) to the thai green curry chicken and steamed taro pudding, and my pineapple and mint mojito - so so excellent! Coupled with the thoughtful and smiling service from Tom and the rest of his team mates - this was an experience like no other. I was able to focus on my conversation with my dining partner which was made even more beautiful by the whole experience. We were the last to leave, and to see the staff tidying up, humming songs and occasionally breaking out into a little twerk and boogie - it is obvious they love it there. And I could see it in the quality of food and service!! I am SO telling everyone about this, and you can be sure you'll see me again!!! ❤ Keeep up the wonderful work please!

Service was good. Food was tasty and fresh which we liked; the sauces in the dishes we ordered were a bit too sweet which can be improved. The main improvement I would suggest is that sitting at the tables either can smell the unpleasant smell from toilets or too dark. Otherwise would have been a very restaurant.
