Chello Restaurant & Lounge is a family-run restaurant just outside of Woking that specialises in Persian cuisine. Located on Old Woking Road in West Byfleet, this eatery offers an authentic taste of Middle Eastern cuisine that showcases traditional recipes as well as a modern approach to cooking. The passionate team behind Chello is clearly eager to share the flavours of the Silk Road with guests, creating a menu which highlights the diversity, aromas and exotic ingredients or the wider Persian region. You can expect mezze starters which are great for sharing, grilled meat kababs, comforting stews and delicious rice dishes. Save room for dessert though, as chances are high you’ll want to try the homemade saffron ice cream with pistachios or the saffron halva with rosewater.
