Food was good service was good staff very helpful ?

Asked for a table on the right side of restaurant as it’s quieter normally. Also requested a bottle of very expensive wine in a ice bucket on the table to be served as its was a birthday celebration. What we got was a table in the buffet area. Appalling table with cheap serviette, freezing cold. Buffet was the last scrapes of the remaining food which was barely warm. Final insult they were laying the empty tables for the next day, very nicely done. No I didn’t complain ! What’s the point. No music in back ground either it was if they were ready to close. Bare in mind this was only 6.30 in the evening when we arrived. The bill equated to £90 for the 3 of us. Absolutely terrible.

Lovely restaurant within easy walking distance from centre. Tasty and succulent food. Excellent service.

The food was very nice and reasonable prices. Only thing stopping this from been a very positive review was due to a dirty plate, the fire alarm going off for a few minutes and the owner standing right beside our table the whole meal.

Good food, staff were polite and efficient. And a pleasant atmosphere.

We went for a double date so our American friend could try Indian while here for Christmas. The staff were lovely and polite throughout. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely and calm with nice Christmas decorations put up for the season. All the food was lovely and the curries were fantastic. My American friend loved the food, and loved her first taste of Indian food. There was a small issue when ordering wine as the red house wine we ordered was out of stock but this wasn’t communicated with us. The waiter brought us a white wine instead which we had to decline then choose a new red wine. The wrong wine was then brought to us again and we had to correct the waiter a second time. The third time the correct wine was brought to us and it was only a small issue. Overall, the food and atmosphere was lovely and we all had a great time.

We came for buffet food bland and only warm nice restaurant and decor maybe try menu next time

Good curry house with good service. Pleasant staff and reasonable value
