Great food, lovely ambience. Food was a little slow coming out, but otherwise a very good meal and lovely setting. We sat upstairs which was cozy and intimate, albeit a bit noisy
The food was really delicious! Very nice sushi! May be not enough space between tables, but it's ok.
Absolutely delicious. This is a genuine Japanese restaurant, expensive but worth splashing out on for a special occasion. Slightly chaotic but very sweet service. Leave room for the puddings.

Excellent food, most importantly; great atmosphere and feel, service good, on a charming street. Best Japanese I have had, and that includes comparisons with meals in Japan itself.
Food was exquisite although I would say slightly overpriced for what it is. Great service and lovely calm decor. It is quiet at lunchtime which is good for a business meeting but not if you want some atmosphere.
Authentic Japanese cuisine and setting. Portion sizes were good, some of the stuff was a bit pricey but well worth the money.would recommend to any sushi lovers
Fresh and delicious food coupled with excellent presentation. Let down only by some missing and altered ingredients on an otherwise tasty dessert (pineapple carpaccio). Good range of sake too.
Good quality food as always but priced for the location! Maitre d' greeted us like old friends which was very nice and service excellent. Recommended
Service is a bit messy, foot was OK however client had some stomachache afterwards so unlikely choose it again for business lunch.
Really authentic and nice Japanese food, in particular the sushi rolls and chef specials. May be a bit 'pricey' for some dishes, but overall reasonable!
Very good and friendly service. We enjoyed the food very much. Would recommend to our friends. Booking is a must as the restaurant is usually fully booked.
Good sushi & sashimi & eel - not everywhere these days - not huge portions but fair - good service - booths more fun than the tables
The food was excellent. But we felt very uncomfortable because the waitresses were gazing at our table to take away the empty plates immediately. It's really a pity they don't have a sense of hospitality although they serve fantastic dishes. Perhaps I will try other Chisou.
Service is a bit hit and miss. The portions became smaller with the new chef, but still delicious
Good food and good service and nice quiet atmosphere is one is able to talk!
A truly great experience - the food is of the highest quality, you can really taste how fresh the ingredients are and how much thought has gone into some of the more complex dishes. The service was impeccable - we were seated upstairs and looked after by Douglas (apologies if I am misremembering the name) who was the most professional and attentive team member I have come across in a high end sushi restaurant. He was very helpful with recommendations and providing samples to aid in making our selection. The decor was warm and "boutiquesque" in presentation and the background music was at the right level and fitted the mood of the evening (Valentine's day). I will definitely go back - thank you for a great meal experience.
Always good food, place to lunch or dinner and good service! :) Thank you!
Excellent sushi and sashimi. Wine list a little expensive but a very good experience.
Really delicious food, beautifully presented. Everything is so fresh. The quality of the fish is first class. Recommend the tuna sushi with jalapeños. Great service. Calm decor.
Great little Japanese in Knightsbridge - on the pricey side and service can be volatile - sometimes very slow, but food is absolutely delicious.
Great service and food. Sashimi was very fresh. In general the food was superb. Eel maki was not as good as expected as it was too fishy but three other makis were excellent. It has become one of my fabourite sushi restaurants in town.
