It might have helped if the restaurant had actually been open and not had foreclosure notices on it. So therefore we not only didn't eat there but struggled to find somewhere else to eat as well

Amazing food but cooked very slowly and wasn’t offered a drink

Well to start we where not approached then entering to welcome us and to get a table we had to walk round to get someone's attention. Wen sat down 10 minutes later the server came over with the card machine before i even got to order drinks so i payed the bill.. wich after all this i shouldnt have.. The service tonight for me and my wife on valentines day was shocking right down to the service of the meat.. alot of the selection was not served to us. When asked 4 times for an item then waited 30 minutes and still didnt arrive i decided to get up and leave.. I will not be returning.

The bit you come for, the meats, were rare and often brought around the cheaper cuts over and over. People who booked were being asked to wait 20+ minutes, and then sat in a semi outside area that was absolutely freezing. Waiter sat us down and got us one round of drinks and then we were never spoken to again for another drink, very very poor.

The meat was dry it didn’t have everything that was advertised for I would not go back

Very nice, very full, drinks were nice and quick only criticism is the first 45mins was thick and fast with meat then for the next 25 mins it slowed down 5 min gaps between meats then the last 50 mins there was a 15 minute gap between meats but finished with three meats one after the other and I was finished didnt see any pineapple or gammon within the 2 hours which would've been a nice change but overall both of us are full to the brim friendly staff and would go again 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately we stayed for our drinks and had a little bit of the side salad before leaving. We saw the waiter and chef on their phones the whole time and then the chef proceeded to wipe his nose on his hands and then on his apron and touch the food. When my partner complained, they didn’t say anything or apologise. Wouldn’t recommend.

Service could have been more attentive, the service was adequate but as it got busier it became less frequent and we had to ask for meat.

Menu not as stated in email, we then had to pay £35 each and didn't get all meats that were on the menu. Waitng on staff just stood around, we had to ask for our drinks. Would definitely not go back. This was a family christmas meal and was totally dreadful

Very poor service, so slow on the meats, we paid for the salad and drinks and left.

Poor salad bar, looked like it had been sat there from the day before. Didn’t restock once whilst we was eating, the mayonnaise was crusty like it had been sat there for a week. The restaurant wasn’t busy only 1 other table apart from us. Meat wasn’t the best was tough and burnt, luckily I bought the groupon voucher as if I’d of paid full price I wouldn’t of been happy at all, poor service

We had a fabulous time at Copacobana. Plenty of good food, lovely staff, clean and well looked after restaurant. We will definitely return.

On a freezing night the restaurant was also freezing cold. The salad bar was nice but we’ve had much better elsewhere. Lamb & chicken were lovely but the steak was tough. They did not have a single zero beer - very disappointing

Pre theatre meal, so we were a bit rushed, I regret not being able to start earlier. Great food, continously being brought to the table by attentive knife wielding staff. Next time, I'll book a time that will give us the opportunity to do the menu justice. Had to have the cinnamon Pineapple on the run, worth every drool.

Food was ok. Server wasn’t much interested in our preference for cooked meat. Quite bloody options when preference would have been well done. Salad bar and buffet bar excellent. Bread sadly was a bit stale.

Our first visit with some friends and we will certainly be visiting again. The welcome, dining room, staff, service, quality of food and drink was excellent. Thanks to all concerned and look forward to vsisiting you again on our next trip to Liverpool.

The food was delicious. There was plenty of it. The only disappointment was the menu online wasn’t the same as the menu we were given there was a £10 price difference

Was really looking forward to this as booked as a birthday treat for my daughter Beautifully decorated restaurant and friendly welcome from the lovely waitress Once she seated us and served the drinks unfortunately it went down hill Amazing salad bar but most items/sauces not labled so hard to know what you were choosing. The waiter who was cooking/serving the food was possibly the most miserable member of staff I have come across in a restaurant. I was planning on getting some photos of the meat being carved etc as a momento to look back on but to be honest I wouldn’t of dared ask him He was rushing round as if he had somewhere far more important to and we were actually inconveniencing him being there. He took no notice as all of the whole red card green card system and was at the table about every other minute with the next meat although we hadn’t had chance to try the one before. He didn’t speak or smile and didn’t once say what the meat was that he was serving unless I asked first There was a couple of occasions where he served the food onto the side plate before we could say if we wanted it or not but to be honest we were feeling that uncomfortable and rushed by that point it was easier to let him continue. The waitress was lovely and I really felt for her as she was having to work with him and his poor mood which can’t of been nice. Really enjoyed the food but unfortunately not the experience. Left feeling underwhelmed which was a shame. Would return in future as I’m sure it’s not always like that but on this occasion the waiter ruined our experience.

Food was disappointing for the money - meat was tasty but we were waiting a while for it to be delivered, salad and sides weren't great and not everything was topped up. Even the wine we ordered was out of stock and the replacement one the waitress suggested was also out of stock! We did share the food issues at the time and some improvement but I can see why this restaurant isn't full on a Saturday night!

The food was absolutely delicious, the only thing keeping it from being amazing was the one small round of garlic bread each and the turnaround time for the meats (waited for food a lot). Still likely to return.

Terrible had to wait ages for food it was dry and service very slow would never go back we were there for 2hours 20 minutes it took them that long
