Delicious food and a very nice happy waitress who liked our Essex waitress.

Our pre-theatre lunch for 8 friends was marvellous in all respects. Excellent service, delicious food and friendly, efficient staff.

Excellent set menu food quality and value.Friendly waitress and good value drinks,espresso martini was especially good!

Very enjoyable meal as always....only misstep was had the endive and poached egg....would be a better dish if the egg was served warm .. had asked for mayo for main but had to get up from table to remind waiter ... regular diners with you and standards just a little off

My wife really enjoyed her duck but my haddock was quite disappointing.

The food was really good for the price and the truffle béarnaise is something else. Really great and friendly staff too!

I’m a regular customer at the Manchester restaurant but on this occasion had come to Leeds to see Opera North with friends. I don’t think the appearance of the Leeds branch is quite as attractive being set in a mall but the food and staff all met the same high standards and I would definitely use again.

On one dish the potatoes were inadequately cooked and, with few people dining, there was little atmosphere. As strangers to Leeds, we found the restaurant difficult to find.

Had a lovely meal from the early bird menu it was delicious and great value. Staff were very attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Food was good and generally well prepared but the warm endive and Roquefort a salad was not warm but that was quickly resolved when I told a waiter

A great restaurant with fabulous friendly staff. We dine there one or twice a week and although there is a service charge added to the bill we sometimes give an extra tip the staff are so friendly. We like the way the menu is changed every month and we like the restaurant itself for its size, decor and facilities. Unbeatable.

Service as good as always even though it was quite busy, being Saturday afternoon. Food very good, and nicely presented. Bottle of St Chinian always goes down a treat. Back soon.

The food was really nice and so was the staff. The manager was very helpful as I am coeliac so require gluten free food. Very large gluten free menu as well.

Food was ok, service wasn’t great even though it wasn’t that busy. The bill was wrong when it first came out with an additional drink on it. Staff soon rectified the bill. 12.5% optional service charge auto added to the bill which we feel is a little steep. Don’t mind 10% but this seems a little excessive.

My guest wanted two starters from the set menu. We did not ask for a special price and were quite prepared to pay the same price as the starter and main course. The waitress told us that her manager had refused this possibility. We asked to see the manager: he never came to see us. Responsive to customer's wishes? You judge!

Unfortunately the waitress showing us to a table gave a poor welcome which continued throughout the service from her. The waiter, thank goodness, was very good as was the second waitress. The food was excellent and we will definitely be back. Just a pity the initial waitress was not on form today.

First time I’ve had a meal here, I had the ravioli and it was gorgeous. Shall be visiting again, soon!

Really nice food & service up until a mix up between staff members. We were waiting to ask to see the dessert menus when someone brought the bill over. I asked for the dessert menus only to be told you’ve asked for the bill & it was placed on the table. I said we hadn’t asked & we wanted dessert at which point the waiter got in a huff & snatched the bill away & stormed off as if it was our fault. We later saw the pair having a debate about what had happened. We then had to wait a while for the menus to be brought over.

Food is always good and staff are very friendlu and helpful.

Not the Best cote we’ve been in. One ladies toilet not working and lack of paper towels. Only two of three main courses turned up. We got a drinks discount in lieu of this. Waiting staff not very attentive, manager had to compensate for this by being very attentive and hands on.

The service was just terrible. Our table had to send back 2 drinks because they were not made properly and on top of that the second drink we sent back the bartender had the nerve to give attitude saying “Barrie’s are sour you know” with no apology. The waitress was super rude piled plates and glasses on the table. The food was good but out whole experience was brought down by this. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time since it opened, very disappointed.

Delightful French brasserie. Airy and not crowded. Good food reasonably price. Staff are friendly and efficient

Our starters and mains were good but the liqueur coffees were not done correctly.

We had a lovely meal, the food was very good as I expected (have eaten at another Côte brasserie before) and the staff and service were really accommodating and friendly. They really made it a great experience. We had a minor problem with one starter which was very swiftly resolved in a more than satisfactory way. We will be coming back.
