From the moment we entered the restaurant we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.The food was excellent (with nothing nit available from the menu). The atmosphere was perfect, not too loud but just enough for there to be a constant hum of activity. I must mention our waitress, Julia, who ensured that the evening was just perfect. Extremely knowledgeable in terms of the menu, helpful with suggestions, attentive and a delight to be looked after by.

Staff were amazing Breakfadt food lovely. Was my sisters 60th & we had a little boy age 2 staff made us feel very welcome. Service excellent

Lovely breakfast yesterday at Cote Bluewater. Dinning with two small children isn’t often enjoyable but the staff were really helpful and child friendly, plus as always, the food was great with a fast service. Would definitely return.

There was a delay in getting our food due to a problem with the computer system, they were unable to process our food order. The staff were very attentive and kept us informed and compensated us for our wait.

I had the sea bass on my visit which was delicious, my only suggestion would be that there was maybe some other sort of accompaniment with it.

We try other places, look at other menus but nothing compares. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is all amazing. Staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. They all work really hard. Delicious food and heathy options. Nice coffee.

Made to feel very welcome and greeted with our complimentary drinks for booking online. Service was very attentive and food was delivered promptly, tasty warm tiger prawn salad with a Fougasse accompanient plus Poulet Grille rounded off with coffees. Very enjoyable and now looking forward to Aprils offer.

The food was very good but the service towards the end of the meal became poor waited so long to pay the bill had to go and find the waiter to pay

Not as good as usual,scrambled eggs and smoked salmon under par for this restaurant. Smoked salmon had a lot of black which is not good and the scrambled eggs was over done looked like it was taken from a large quantity already cooked and under heat lamp. 5 out of 10 this time I’m afraid

We have been coming to Cote now for a number of years and the standard of the food and the service is always just first class. You will never be disappointed.

Food was delicious, however service was quite slow. It took quite a while for someone to take our order and bring dessert menu.

You can't get a better Pork Belly, food is wonderful, service always good.

Good food always consistant..busy atmosphere . attentive staff.cater for gluten free..must book to avoid disappointment especially Friday and Saturday. I had the 3 course set lunch menu & the food was really tasty, the selection was excellent & offered a good variety. My friend has an intolerance to garlic & onion, I was particularly impressed with how well this was handled & would happily return with my mum who has a gluten intolerance as I will be confident in their ability to cater for her.

First time, but won’t be the last. Excellent food and service. The duck was delicious and very tender with a delicious sauce that was very alcoholic. Highly recommended

Excellent service but the poor waiter had to tell us that half the mains on the menu were no longer available. Disappointing. Spoiled a family meal out.

The food was nice but at the best it was luke warm verging on cold which was a shame as cotes has always been my go to place for breakfast

We were greeted by a friendly smiley girl at the front desk and made to feel very welcome. The waiter service was very professional and efficient. The food and drink we received was perfect. A very enjoyable anniversary meal would highly recommend. :)

Well our complementary gin and tonics only arrived after our starter. We had to asked 3 times and the waitress was rude to one of my mums closest friends who was marking what would have been my mums 81st birthday had she lived. But she had died in May.... the evening was also suppose to support mums friend who is laying her husband to rest on Thursday. So the service and attitude was not welcome. We asked for the bill that didn’t turn up then the original waitress asked if we would like our bill that we’d asked for 20 minutes earlier. People come to your restaurant for many reasons, after shopping, a birthday and for other reasons but for us it was to mark the loss of our loved ones. So don’t be complacent so don’t presume we are just difficult customers. We would like a nice atmosphere and a kind and good service ..... simple really. So very disappointed after such nice experiences precisely. Liane Dalley

Had a lovely experience at Cote in Bluewater, would definitely recommend after a day of shopping.

We visit Cotes, Bluewater at least once a week and must say our experience is always enjoyable. The staff are great and very obliging and remember us as regular patrons. I have not always liked the food but this is a personal thing. Our meal last night was delicious and we received a complimentary bottle of wine obtained through email, which made it even better.

The food was absolutely amazing. First time visiting cote and we where not disappointed! We will definitely be back very soon! All the staff were lovely . The only thing is to maybe offer couples alternative tables to being sat next to everyone. We had a loud couple next to us and spoilt it a bit

Absolutely love everything about this restaurant and the effort they go to to make us feel special. It was my mums 76th birthday and we had a smashing brunch to celebrate. Thankyou

Lovely meal, there was a slight mishap with the food due to a lack of communication on both ours and the severs but we were offered a huge discount without having to ask which made us feel very valued as customers! Love cotes will always be back!

The boeuf bourguignon that I ordered was excellent as usual, but the swordfish that my partner ordered was chewy and tasteless. As it was a special occasion she didn't want me to raise a complaint. The special dessert was excellent however. After many many visits to Cote, this was the first time that a meal has been disappointing. I'm sure we will visit again at some point, but Cote may not continue to be our first choice when choosing a restaurant in the future.

Excellent food, but quite noisy if you are near the service area. Good value all round love that the set menu changes monthly. April worked for me.

We go here often but haven’t been able to go for the last couple of months and it was fab to be back. The calamari was a yummy and my rib eye was wonderful. As for the ice cream with hot chocolate sauce mmmmmmmm. Such good value too.

Our very favourite place for breakfast. Visited this morning for my partner's birthday and as usual great friendly service. On mention of it being a birthday celebration we both received complimentary mimosas too. Staff always make extra time for our 2 year old daughter too.
