Food was not as good as previous visit. Good have been better. I believe the menu has changed. Really disappointed. Not sure whether to revisit.

Excellent service and food , very enjoyable. Good choices on the gluten free menu and the wine / champagne is cold enough . Would highly recommend even for a mid week lunch/ dinner

Great service even though it was very busy for a weekday night. Usual delicious food, served by friendly and efficient staff. And all at a great price.

Lovely to be able to eat delicious, safe, gluten free food. Gluten free flags are very reassuring to a Coeliac who always has concerns when eating out. Restaurant staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent service.

Had fish as main course it was over cooked! The Creme caramel had a bitter topping to it! The service was very good! Atmostphere great!!

The food was excellent. I always love the escalope de veau, but this was the best ever. The salad could have done with more french dressing though.

Lovely meal and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. There is a special lunchtime menu as well if required. I had food from the gluten free menu and everything came with a gluten free flag on, so I was very well catered for having coeliac disease. The food was lovely. The only thing I didn't like was that a 12% gratuity charge had been entered on the bill. Not everyone would notice this. We asked for it to be removed and left the waiter a tip we could afford.

Small mistake with breakfast order took nearly 20 minutes to rectify. The Air conditioning was on so high food went cold very quickly. Happily affected breakfast was discounted from the bill.

Good food & good service The calamari was excellent & a good size portion. The belly pork was also excellent and very tasty. We had an enjoyable night

Very central location for St Davids Hall and Motorpoint arena, providing a set menu with more than the normal Range of choices usually available for similar set menus. It's excellent value and there is an extensive wine list. Service is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent food as usual, something for everyone. Good service, even though I don't think the waiter believed us when we told him we were celebrating my birthday.. probably gets that all the time! No worries - still great food and wine.

Food was really tasty and the choice on the menu was plentiful, something to suit everyone in our party of 9 people. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was very busy and the wait in between courses suited us as we were making a lazy afternoon of it. 😊

Slow service to start. About 15mins for drinks and 35mins for starters. Apart from that very good good and service. Friendly management that took the time to speak to us even tho very busy

Excellent evening for our wedding anniversary. Service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There was a large party next to us, which was noisy but overall it was a good experience.

Relaxed atmosphere with excellent and efficient service. Food was served promptly and was very good quality and freshly cooked. This restaurant has a typical French brasserie ambience about it and you could well feel you are sat in Paris. We will definitely eat here again.

Small portions for the price. Pierre bistro has almost identical food but is cheaper. Food and service was good. The mains were too small for me and annoying to have to pay extra for sides like salads or chips

Service staff were impeccable - great senses of humour all round and ensured you had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely sublime, I normally avoid chains but I've had such great experiences at Côte Brasserie I couldn't resist going back

The staff were pleasant and professional and the food was lovely. I have visited Le cote many times and it is always great. It is my favourite restaurant in Cardiff.

Lovely meal at reasonable prices. We booked in advance for a meal before a concert at the Principality stadium and glad we did as it was very full. We had the lunch time menu which had plenty of choice. Definitely recommend for a pre-concert treat

Food excellent and service was just right. Always love the steak frites and the creme caramel for dessert, please never change it. Would like better choice of wine by the glass.

The staff were tremendously welcoming and the sea bream was beautiful. The wine (Chablis) also good so a wonderful birthday lunch! Will definitely be back.

Sadly during our visit there was a power failure so we could not complete our meal. It was stiflingly hot as the A/C was off and it was the hottest day of the year. The staff tried hard but very much against the odds. The food we did have was very good as usual and the experience will certainly not stop us revisiting one of our favourite restaurants

Nice restaurant, lots of space, rather quiet event on a Friday night. Staff is nice and welcoming but didn't notice we had booked a reward and we had to remind them. Food is good as always and it's always a treat to go dine at Côte

As it was our first wedding anniversary, the staff greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary, followed by bringing us both a complimentary drink. The staff were friendly, attentive and the food was delicious.

50th birthday party, Party of 12, slight confusion over some food orders, nice food, good staff. Service charge for large party was a bit steep.

We have always love the place but tonight didn't really feel itself, did not appreciate the wine menu just being slid next to us as we were eating, and my kir royale just dumped next to me.

Lovely food and great service. Good value set price pre-7pm supper. Nice interior and prompt delivery of the food which meant you were not worried about getting to the concert!

I love the food in côte restaurants and their weekday lunchtime offers of two or three courses are great value ,but I was disappointed that these offers are not available on the weekend. The staff were friendly and attentive although there was a long wait before we were offered the dessert and coffee menu.

Friendly staff and the same good food I'm used to in other Côtes. I enjoyed the 10yr anniversary menu and my glass of champagne that came with it, my husband and me were shown to a lovely upstairs window table looking out onto the courtyards trees. A lovely evening meal. Thank you again for lovely evening.

Great food and service. Better to book by phone as web booking resulted in table by toilet despite plenty of free ones. Staff were excellent
