We have eaten at this restuarant many times and left lots of very positive reviews. However I have to say that we were a little disappointed with this visit but our 'issues' were dealt with very well by the manager. Our starter was cold and my partners steak was overcooked and dry. The replacement starter was not much warmer and the replacement steak took an age to arrive. That said the restaurant was extremley busy and the manager was very quick to apologise (he recognised us as regulars) and without asking he comped all of our food meaning we only paid for the drinks. So whilst the food was not as good as normal the situation was handled very well and we will of course be back!

An excellent meal with discreet and efficient service. Following an online booking in which I stated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were warmly greeted and seated. We unexpectedly received complimentary drinks with our starter and dessert. Cote Brasserie is a favourite in our home city of Bath. Cirencester did not disappoint, we had a lovely time. Thank you 😊

Unfortunately we all had steak which was very tough which was not good and a shame as it was my daughters birthday- we sent hers back and the second one was a bit better. First bad meal I’ve ever had at Côte. The staff were faultless and went over and above to make things better which helped! Better luck next time hopefully 🤞

Due to Covid, we haven't been to Cote for some time, so decided to book online a champagne breakfast (including a gluten free menu). Arrived and greeted well by the staff and asked where we wished to sit (no track n trace details required, as we had pre-booked) and the waiter re-confirmed the gluten free requirement. Gave the waiter our order and all good, so far. Apple juice arrived instead of the orange that was ordered but hey, let's have a change! The Eggs Royale arrived and looked really good, which they were except they were cold. Look, we haven't been out for a long time, let's just enjoy the experience. Once we had finished and went to pay, the third problem arose. I was charged for 2 champagne breakfasts PLUS 2 glasses of champagne. I brought this to the attention of the waiter, who re-calculated the bill. All in all, a bit disappointed. However, it was good to see the temperature of a waiter being taken, as he commenced his shift.

We've been here numerous times in the past 5 years. Never had a bad meal, always delicious and always something tasty to drink. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Lovely place.

Really pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the food we had at Cote Cirencester in the week before Christmas. I'd previously eaten at a Cote in central London and been underwhelmed, but Cirencester's branch was superb. The food was first-rate, and the staff very accommodating at me swapping between set menus to get the meal I wanted. The service was generally excellent and I'd highly recommend it to others. My only constructive criticism would be that it'd be great to have a wider choice of vegetarian and vegan options in future.
