Another great visit. Great view of the buildings on the north side of the river. Wonderful food and professional service.

We had a lovely meal, our waitress Tatiana was fantastic! It was my birthday and I am recently engaged, she gave us a bottle of wine on the house and got me my french onion soup which wasn’t on the set menu my table went for!!! Just 10/10. Thanks so much xxx

Lovely as always. Have never had a bad meal here. Good quality food at a reasonable price, great selection to suit most palates and wonderful service. Even got a complimentary glass of fizz each to celebrate a colleague's retirement. This is the kind of food you would pay double for in some restaurants and by far my favourite chain. Would highly recommend.

Good reliable menu as always. When you book ensure to ask for seats by or facing the window. We got shoved in some back room that in the daytime would be dark and unpleasant.

Horrid salad - roast vegetables and goats cheese. Very roughly prepared and difficult to eat with huge chunks of veg. Badly executed. Staff clearly very busy so not particularly attentive. Could easily have ordered more drinks had we been given the opportunity. It's a lively place and well located so for convenience its a good place to go. Fine for drinks but I would suggest the menu needs a little work. Very few vegetarian options to order and virtually nothing which constituted vegan.

Great evening at Hays. The staff were all really helpful, as I'd booked for the wrong date, but they still found us a table, then helped me book online so I could take advantage of the free cocktail, happy for us to move tables and packed up our leftovers. Excellent service throughout.

The food was good but the manageress kept making a mistake with the bill. Obviously more expensive than what we had. We had a set meal of three courses but she itemized these separately which ment the cost was far greater. Then the 12% service charge on the inflated bill. Food was good but check your bill

Food good, service good but we were given the wrong bill which we paid and did not realise until we were out of the shop, the mistake. I duly went back in and paid the difference. I was thanked for my honesty but that was all, so I said I would not pay the service charge. I think that should have been them saying that, not me. They are not encouraging honesty if they don’t offer a goodwill gesture for their mistake

I have dined at Cote Hay’s Galleria more than 100 times in the past 10 years. Despite the complimentary sidecar cocktail, I am afraid the rib eye steak my guest and I were served was very disappointing. We ordered and paid for the higher price A La Carte 10oz juicy thick cut rib eye steak and instead we were given the cheaper, thin cut, dry, tough and 8 oz of inferior quality steak from the set menu. I imagine there was a mix up where your chef was getting rid of the set menu steak as we placed the meal orders around 7.20 pm.

The food was lovely. Nice relaxed atmosphere upstairs. Liked the wine choice. Staff were attentive but not too intrusive. Will go again.

I love the location of this restaurant as it’s very central to meet up with friends. The restaurant was very busy whilst we visited and our food was not to the best standard. Usually the food is very good, the wine however was very good.

We arrived early and were very unwelcome. We left until the right time and then found a friend sitting at the table - she'd been there for 30 minutes! Otherwise attentive service and good food.

Food was really nice and fresh. However our server came across very rude and forgot an item of our order - didn’t even apologise for this. The other members of staff did not come across very polite either, with the exception of the blonde lady at the ‘reception’ who took us to our table. Won’t be returning to this Cote unfortunately

Service was slow for taking orders but the food came out fast. Overall food was ok but was disappointed with the steak today. One of it was too dry for a medium rib eye steak and one of it has too much vein and was tough even for a rare steak. We didn't send back the food this time as the kids were tired and there were almost full house. Noise level was above average but there is nothing much we can do.. everyone in the restaurant seems to be shouting all the time..
