Côte Marlow

We booked for a Champagne Brunch with live Saxaphone music. These events are great for trying something a bit different. But personally on reflection, I think I prefer the usual background ambient music, which enables diners to chat undisturbed. Still I recommend other try not only Cote Marlow but also one of their future events.

This venue is a favourite of ours for all types of gatherings - whether small or large groups. Staff cannot do enough to make it a great experience and we have found their menu has something for everyone's taste.

Always the best experience in Marlow, food, atmosphere and service are unparalleled.

Cheery service. French breakfast, full breakfast and coffees all exactly to our taste this visit. Service attentive but not overbearing.

Cote Marlow was excellent in every way! My sister and I treated our parents to a weekend away in beautiful Marlow, where we stayed at The Complete Angler. We were undecided where to eat as the preferred family choice was the hotel or The Ivy Brasserie however we opted for Cote Brasserie and we are soooo pleased we did!!! I would like to convey my sincere thanks to Iga who was absolutely charming - arranging the perfect table for our family meal and David who looked after us splendidly. Both Iga and David made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was first class and the attention to detail was outstanding, it was like dining in a Michelin Star Restaurant! I'm pleased to say we enjoyed the most delicious well-presented food, every one of my three courses delicious! One dish worth a mention was the Monkfish Normande...... wonderfully tasty - accompanied by a basket of crispy bread. Keep up the great work Marlow Team, we very much look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

My starter was lovely, soup very tasty. I had chicken leg in a lovely sauce, on mash. The mash was horrible, very stodgy almost as if it was out of a packet , it ruined a nice meal

The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had excellent service, mainly from Simon. Very impressed compared to other venues I’ve eaten in during recent weeks!

We had a lovely evening. Food and service were very good. A special mention for our waiter who was brilliant, so helpful and efficient when dealing with a large party including three children.

The set menu is very good value, my sea bass was moist with a lovely sauce over it , with minted peas and potatoes.the salmon fillets with sour dough, Tasty perfect for a starter

It was a different food experience. The menu has changed, and prices gone up. No longer set menu. Staff were very attentive. The starters and main courses smaller portions. But mine was tasty and had a good evening

We had a lovely relaxed evening, the restaurant had had a new look. Very nice new lighting, staff were absolutely super ans the beetroot and goats cheese starter super. It was a new menu. Try it and you will enjoy it

The food wasn't as great as I've had in other Cotes but it wasn't bad either

The staff were lovely, but two of us ordered the steak as main course. It was so tough we couldn’t eat it. The staff were very good and offered a replacement , we had Sea Bass which was very good. The Vegetable soup for a starter was excellent

From the time we sat down and had our meal, the service was super. Staff friendly and attentive food very tasty. Enjoyed the evening immensely.

This is a restaurant run by passion... the passion of the cooks (whom we never see and whom we thank) and the passion of Adam and his fantastic front of house team. Sadly we will not see them now, nor eat the excellent food until the New Year, but by then we should be only a little time away from a permanent solution to stop and go. I always love coming here. The atmosphere, food, drink and service is exceptional. The staff are absolutely lovely and we actually get to enjoy ourselves with the kids! Wish you did a cheese raclette :)

Loved our evening. Outside in the rain but under an umbrella and so warm. Fantastic staff we were well looked after and great food. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. We did have to wait for our table but we were give a glass of bubbles and the people who were on our table were obviously having a great time... so no worries.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Marlow. Adam has a first class team, who are very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive, and the food is first class. Such a shame that yet more restrictions have been imposed, look forward to 2021 when we can return.

Love Cote Marlow. Will miss you over Christmas and the inevitable lockdown! Thank you for looking after me during 2020. You've been awesome.
