On a Sunday evening we had lovely food, and the staff were really good... it’s a lovely restaurant and it was a great time to be there. Nice for all four of us to have a proper choice of what we wanted to eat.

Excellent value on the lunch time specials, nicely cooked and well presented. The complimentary cocktail was very welcome! Nice to be offered a choice of table.

Excellent restaurant and service in a lovely setting close to the centre of Marlow. Parking can be tricky so allow a few extra minutes. Otherwise a good experience

The Cote Marlow continues to deliver. We arranged to meet some friends for lunch yesterday ... booked on line with simplicity ....were greeted and seated quickly and offered a cocktail. Service was paced appropriately, as we were clearly not the business crowd ... Menu was simple yet had delicious sounding options .. 2 or 3 course worked well for our group It is a good location with good service and great food What else could you want Peter from the area ..

Service and food excellent, as usual. Despite only booking the day before we were allocated a table in the front of the restaurant, which was ideal for our party of 8, including 2 small children (aged 1 and 3).

Service good. Marlow location as always totally clean. Happy crew. Pity about the poor presentation of one of the starters - limp salad leaves - looked as if it had been pulled out of a bin & no Cornichons & nothing done when I metioned it! Main fish & steak excellent & chips super hot & crispy yet soft. Creme caramel as always orgasmic.

I .find Cote exceptional for value in a place like Marlow where there are so many eating venues. The staff are always welcoming and attentive and the food never fails to please..

It was ok, this was my second visit and attendance was less as it was very busy. Had to ask twice for our bottle of wine and the food I ordered wasn’t the best, had better risotto before.

Our first waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the main and dessert didn’t reach our expectations. The steak wasn’t cooked enough so sent back, when it came back it wasn’t much better. My dessert was cold when it should have been warm so also sent back but was the same cold temperature when a new one came out. Overall my birthday meal was an enjoyable evening just a shame about the few let downs!

We visit Cote in Marlow quite a lot as All the staff are always so helpful and understanding of my Dietary requirements as I am a genuine sufferer of Coeliac Disease. It was a nice experience and the food was good however I did feel that my friend's food was presented poorly - two bits of toast with a piece of bacon chucked on top of each slice in the corner of a large plate. Looked very sparse and rushed. Other than that good service and an enjoyable experience.

We were a party of 8 & all our food was delicious! No one left anything! The hosts could not have been better. Thank you for making our experience with you a really good one!

We were a large group of 16 people and each and every one of us were well looked after by the staff. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic and we all had a really lovely time.

Extremely slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a coffee and then even longer for sweetner i had to ask again because i was forgotten about. There was bits of bone on two of our partys bacon and nearly broke our teeth. My toast wasnt cooked enough it was like stale bread. Ive been to other cotes before and had amazing experiences this was a dissapointment.

The menu is very comprehensive and there is enough to suit most tastes. However I'm noticing the increase in the taste of salt from the bread, chicken, risotto and dressings. So I think it would be beneficial if cote could publish all there menus calories including sodium, fat, carbs etc so you could make a better informed choice

Fantastic family meal out for 3 generations the eldest being the birthday guest of 84 years and treated so kindly by the management. Fantastic gluten free menu. Could not fault anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Lovely evening as always. Staff very helpful and obliging. Ambience is very appealing, light and comfortable (looking forward to summer to be able to eat outside on the wonderful terrace). A good selection on the menu, well presented and very tasty!

I usually love cote and have been coming to different branches but my salmon main tonight was way too oily and although it was a monthly special I thought the meal was pretty much of microwave meal standard. And the dish completely lacked balance so left hungry and disappointed. I also mentioned it was a guests birthday but the waiters did not acknowledge this.

Always a pleasure to share a family meal at Cote, not only is the food delicious but the staff have always been without exception been professional and charming. The complimentary four glasses of pink champagne for my birthday lunch were the icing on the cake today!

It was mother’s day and therefore expectedly very busy. That being said - kitchens should be able to cope with a full restaurant. We were unable to make modifications to breakfast orders (scrambled egg instead of poached for my mother in law) and when my poached eggs arrived they were so overdone - as if they were just pre preparing and hot holding plates of food. I did pass this onto the waiter, however Iimagine I was just unfortunate as the people behind us had well cooked eggs. The bill came and they’d incorrectly charged us for our drinks separately rather than as part of the ‘formule’ offer. Overall service was good apart from these errors and they clearly had enough waiting staff on - the food was the main disappointment,

Eat regularly at Cote, usually in Amersham but they weren't able to take us on this occasion. Marlow came to the rescue. Very pleasant and helpful staff who found is a table when we turned up half an hour early. We have never been disappointed by the food at Cote, always pleasant to both the eye and palate and the portion size is just right. Noise levels are a little high due to the hard floor and ceiling finishes. All in all a very good experience. We will return soon.

Friendly but very inexpereienced staff. Taking far too long to clear between courses. Not listening to orders and getting them wrong. Not putting cutlery down where it should be. Not topping up waters, wine etc etc. I've been visiting Cotes all over London for many many years and assumed the quality of food and service would be the same across the other branches. Very disappointing with Marlow especially on a £354.00 bill.

Lovely food at a lovely location with excellent staff. Always reliable. I lunch at this location frequently and it is very good value for money.
