Côte Marlow

Very enjoyable lunch on Mother’s Day. The Booing process was simple and the service and food on the day were excellent. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Great food and service with a broad menu to chose from. Well priced and I love the atmosphere of the Marlow restaurant.

The food was enjoyed by all the party. We had very good service , spacious setting. Would plan to return.

The duck was overcooked and dry. The carrots were bitter even the waiter who tried them himself confirmed that they were bitter. The fish was a bit on the dry side but tolerable. The only good thing was the calamari for starter.

Spent a lovely afternoon, great food , excellent value & wonderful location Marlow . Will be coming back . The staff were very professional .

Service poor. Mistake with order. Staff prefee to chat amongst themselves. Annoying banging gate/door in garden which staff use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night, good menu, food beautifully cooked and presented. A particular mention for our lovely waiter who misheard one of our orders. It was well managed but most especially, our waiter was so sincere with his apology that it improved rather than spoilt the experience. Not something I have experienced elsewhere. So special thanks

My only complaint is there was no lamb shank, which was my first choice, but otherwise we had the usual excellent service and good food.

We came to Marlow Cote last night for supper we were given a delicious complimentary cocktail on arrival. The food was lovely and the service was excellent so we will return soon ! Ella

We loved Côte for years because they have an excellent gluten-free menu. The restaurants are we appointed and the staff are always pleasant. On this occasion we were a underwhelmed by our meal and service for the following reasons: 1: We ordered duck and by the time it arrived it was luke-warm at best. 2: When 2 customers wanted to eat outside the door was left open and the relatively cold air made for an uncomfortable last 30 minutes of our meal. 3: Service was slower than we would have liked, particularly as the restaurant wasn’t busy. 4: When we left we walked to our car and found 2 members of your staff arguing outside. One was possibly the chef and the other was the Maitre d. All in all our worst experience at a Côte establishment by a mile. Shame.

Amazing service on a very busy mother’s day! The service and food were faultless and the staff were incredibly prepared for such a busy day. The food came really quickly and was fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend

Very warm reception upon arrival. Table available bang on time! Terrific atmosphere in the restaurant albeit a little loud. Service was (as always) excellent......and the food was super! What more can I say?

Consistently good service every time we visit your Marlow restaurant.

Extremely slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a coffee and then even longer for sweetner i had to ask again because i was forgotten about. There was bits of bone on two of our partys bacon and nearly broke our teeth. My toast wasnt cooked enough it was like stale bread. Ive been to other cotes before and had amazing experiences this was a dissapointment.

A lovely lunch, enjoyed in the outside area . Perfect service and wonderful food as usual . My favourite restaurant for any occasion or just a quick meal .

Friendly helpful and approachable staff. Good food at a reasonable price. Atmosphere is guaranteed. Regular patrons. Parking nearby in a lovely traditional town. A must to experience.

The menu is very comprehensive and there is enough to suit most tastes. However I'm noticing the increase in the taste of salt from the bread, chicken, risotto and dressings. So I think it would be beneficial if cote could publish all there menus calories including sodium, fat, carbs etc so you could make a better informed choice

Both I and my friend enjoyed our lunch today in Marlow the service was excellent the menu was very imaginative and plenty of choice so would not hesitate to recommend the cote to friends

Very poor experience. We were really looking forward to a nice breakfast. Waited about 1/2 an hour for drinks to arrive - very week flat white, just tasted of milk, took another 20 minutes to get an orange juice changed to apple which we had originally ordered. We then ordered food, we all ordered croissants and then a cooked breakfast. Another 20-30 minute wait and the cooked breakfasts arrive, the standard of which I was shocked at, dry rubbery scrambled eggs, anemic bacon that had clearly been cooked on mass, watery and flavourless. We then waited another 5 minutes for toast which had been forgotten. No sign of the croissants, so we cancelled them as we had wanted them before the cooked breakfasts. The table next to us seemed to be having a similar experience, such a shame. I have been many times to Cote at various places, and always been impressed. This was a complete departure from my previous experiences and expectations. I will say that the waiter and waitress serving us were lovely and very friendly and polite. There just seemed to be a breakdown of communication on every level of the chain, something was clearly not working properly in the system. I must stress I cannot fault the frendleness of the waiting staff. Dave.

A fantastic evening and we were made very welcome, I have been to the Cote in St Albans and I had high expections which were equally matched. Nothing was too much trouble, gorgeous food, fabulous service. If we had a problem it was where we sat in the restaurant, my friend has hearing aids and the high ceilings where we sat made conversation a little difficult, but it certainly won't put us off a return visit in the near future, we will just choose our table a little more carefully. Fantastic family meal out for 3 generations the eldest being the birthday guest of 84 years and treated so kindly by the management. Fantastic gluten free menu. Could not fault anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Reliable formula and better food than the more expensive ‘named’ eatery round the corner on the high street. Good ambiance and service too. Bien joué Côte!

Good menu selection . Service was good and I will run restaurant with Adam in control. Our waitress Monica was excellent and has served us many times before and we was good to see her again We like the location in Marlow but wonder whether the group would consider opening one in Henley-on-Thames ?

Lovely evening as always. Staff very helpful and obliging. Ambience is very appealing, light and comfortable (looking forward to summer to be able to eat outside on the wonderful terrace). A good selection on the menu, well presented and very tasty!

We had a great time, always a good atmosphere, lovely food and exceptional service. Our waitress was very friendly and just the right amount of attentive. The complimentary chocolate mousse was very welcome.

Fabulous lunch at Cote In Marlow, sat outside in the glorious sunshine on their terrace. Staff were excellent, genuinely wanting you to have a good time. Food was lovely and arrived on time and with a smile. Thank you!

We arrived just before 7pm and were still offered the early diner's menu. We also received complimentary drinks with our online reservation. The food was very good and fairly priced. The service is always efficient and very friendly.

I always have a good meal at Cotes and I have never been to a Cotes where the service has not been exceptional. They always make every effort to ensure you have a good experience.
