Service very slow with poorly trained staff. Food was nice but drinks were far too expensive. Coffee was nice.

Excellent food and service, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be returning to Côte. The staff were very attentive and polite, they found us a suitable table to cater for our 4 month old child who was still in his pram but we weren’t tucked away out of site either.

Very slow service. Some food eventually came out cold and not properly cooked. My little one has a nut allergy.. we ordered his food first but they essentially brought his food out last and didn’t look like usual.. the chicken was chewy and inedible. When we complained we were told it was because he has a nut allergy. His food was eventually replaced but he barely touched it as by this point he’d been sitting for well over an hour. The steaks came out with a garlic butter that wouldn’t melt as they were cold. We complained but by this point had been waiting so long my husband just ate it so we could leave. Very disappointing birthday dinner out for me.

As always food was lovely , staff friendly and attentive... the set menus are great value for money. It is our favorite restaurant for family gatherings! Thank you.

Excellent restaurant and service in a lovely setting close to the centre of Marlow. Parking can be tricky so allow a few extra minutes. Otherwise a good experience

Friendly service. Good atmosphere. Catered to my dietary requirements. Food was excellent- great taste, speedy delivery, and didn’t feel like we were being rushed despite how busy it was.

Service and food excellent, as usual. Despite only booking the day before we were allocated a table in the front of the restaurant, which was ideal for our party of 8, including 2 small children (aged 1 and 3).

I .find Cote exceptional for value in a place like Marlow where there are so many eating venues. The staff are always welcoming and attentive and the food never fails to please..

Our first waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the main and dessert didn’t reach our expectations. The steak wasn’t cooked enough so sent back, when it came back it wasn’t much better. My dessert was cold when it should have been warm so also sent back but was the same cold temperature when a new one came out. Overall my birthday meal was an enjoyable evening just a shame about the few let downs!

Amazing staff, great place to celebrate a birthday! Great food which came very quickly. Cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend. Can get a bit noisy sometimes but wasn’t really too uncomfortable.

We visit Cote in Marlow quite a lot as All the staff are always so helpful and understanding of my Dietary requirements as I am a genuine sufferer of Coeliac Disease. We love the restaurants great atmosphere and the garden is so lovely in the summertime. We’ll be Dining with you again soon. Cheers 🥂 5✨

We felt a little rushed and being Valentine's day the price was not as good value as on other days. It was good to be able to pick a package of drinks that matched each course. A fixed service charge is added - this should be included in the marketed price.

We always love the often changing menu, the wonderful personal service, the special complimentary cocktails - the whole experience! Thankyou - its also particularly nice to be remembered!

The food was enjoyed by all the party. We had very good service , spacious setting. Would plan to return.

The duck was overcooked and dry. The carrots were bitter even the waiter who tried them himself confirmed that they were bitter. The fish was a bit on the dry side but tolerable. The only good thing was the calamari for starter.

Good breakfast and hospitality. Thank you for making mothersday special. We will certainly come back. I would love to visit for lunch in the summer to experience the outdoor dining area.

Service poor. Mistake with order. Staff prefee to chat amongst themselves. Annoying banging gate/door in garden which staff use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night, good menu, food beautifully cooked and presented. A particular mention for our lovely waiter who misheard one of our orders. It was well managed but most especially, our waiter was so sincere with his apology that it improved rather than spoilt the experience. Not something I have experienced elsewhere. So special thanks

Lovely courteous food and very good food and wine all at a reasonable price. This is still one of my favourite restaurants in Marlow. I keep going back with different freinds and they all enjoy it.

We came to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. We received the most fantastic service, tasty food and our host Armando? couldn’t have treated us any better - he is a credit to your restaurant - 10/10👍

The menu is very comprehensive and there is enough to suit most tastes. However I'm noticing the increase in the taste of salt from the bread, chicken, risotto and dressings. So I think it would be beneficial if cote could publish all there menus calories including sodium, fat, carbs etc so you could make a better informed choice

Fabulous evening at Cote in Marlow, staff very efficient and friendly service. The free welcome cocktail is always a bonus and keeps us returning!

Fantastic family meal out for 3 generations the eldest being the birthday guest of 84 years and treated so kindly by the management. Fantastic gluten free menu. Could not fault anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Good menu selection . Service was good and I will run restaurant with Adam in control. Our waitress Monica was excellent and has served us many times before and we was good to see her again We like the location in Marlow but wonder whether the group would consider opening one in Henley-on-Thames ?

Excellent. Well and charmingly looked after by Katie. The décor and ambiance were very appropriate and the food impeccable.

I usually love cote and have been coming to different branches but my salmon main tonight was way too oily and although it was a monthly special I thought the meal was pretty much of microwave meal standard. And the dish completely lacked balance so left hungry and disappointed. I also mentioned it was a guests birthday but the waiters did not acknowledge this.

Have eaten with you at Eton on many occasions & enjoyed the experience there very much - will be back. Unfortunately the experience at Marlow did not match Eton. We did not receive one of the starters we ordered - what we received was not great. Was not easy to gain attention of waiter for additional drinks. So not too happy.

Lovely food and ambience had a great evening. Had a complimentary bottle of wine for signing up for offers which was very nice only didn’t give 5 stars for service as we had to ask for one of our teas and the wine was put on the bill but all quickly rectified.

Eat regularly at Cote, usually in Amersham but they weren't able to take us on this occasion. Marlow came to the rescue. Very pleasant and helpful staff who found is a table when we turned up half an hour early. We have never been disappointed by the food at Cote, always pleasant to both the eye and palate and the portion size is just right. Noise levels are a little high due to the hard floor and ceiling finishes. All in all a very good experience. We will return soon.

I always have a good meal at Cotes and I have never been to a Cotes where the service has not been exceptional. They always make every effort to ensure you have a good experience.
