Cote is always predictably good; food and service. Tonight I dined with two friends with serious food allergies (combined was eggs, nuts, fish/seafood and gluten), the team at Cote went out of their way to make sure our meals were allergen free. Big thumbs up from us all !

We got married that day in Oxford and booked a table at Cote Brasserie for the dinner with our two witnesses. I had mentioned it with the booking. On arrival we were blown away to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a wishing well card and a bottle of bubbly on our table. The staff was just incredible on all levels. Not just on a professional but also human level and contributed making our day just that little bit more special. We had 3 vegetarians amongst us but as Cote offers one of the most extensive exquiste vege/vegan menus in Oxford I have seen it was easy for us to choose. The food was outstanding and considering the quality very reasonably priced. Frankly, we can't wait to go again and the only regret we have..is that we have not been before. Incredible Find! Lovely food in pleasant surrounding but the BIG plus is the staff who are fantastic! Set menu is excellent value for money. Would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Cote was recommended to me by friends. What a wonderful find. Our three course meal was excellent. Each course delicious. The creme caremel being out of this world. The staff are efficient and quietly friendly. A delightful eating experience. I have already recommended Cote to my family and I hope to return soon. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Food and service very good, our waitress did forget the fries, but did remedy it as soon as we mentioned it, she was very sweet, we will definitely go back

Food was as usual amazing quality. It was very busy and we felt, among the large groups eating - a bit neglected at times. Drinks were late - carrots almost forgotten and so arrived half way through the meal. Nothing majorly wrong but not a fabulous experience.

As always we really enjoyed our meal at Côte Oxford. The staff are lovely , the restaurant was full of customers heading off to the theatre. Good job!

Excellent complimentary cocktail. The Veal escalope was very good, but needs to be served with more than just water cress. Fries are cheap to produce and the profit margin is also good .

Good food, good ambience, easy to book a table and enjoyed yet another evening at Cote. There was a significant delay between starter and main course servive ~ probably because the restaurant was busy at the time.

My son and I have a severe dairy allergy. The staff were brilliant and double checked all the ingredients and the food was delicious. We had a great evening.

I always like eating at Cote - all over the country - but I know Oxford (where I go most regularly) is the best! Why? because of the quality of the service! You can work out our server, because I was at table 17 set for two at 1.00 today Monday 6th May. He was superb: helpful, efficient, humorous. The food was good, of course, and exceptionally good value. And the Saumur is terrific. Please pass this on, Richard Smail

Lovely free gin with cucumber - great mood and occasion enhancer - thanks so much Cote for this treat. Lamb and steak great - all presented beautifully and tasted great. House red always a joy. Crepes with grand marnier looked great and a flaming spectacle - but cold!!! Despite the flames! Who wants cold pancakes? Only jarring note in otherwise fab meal...

Lovely restaurant and great staff. Unfortunately this is the second time I have eaten here and had gristle through my steak. Staff bent over backwards to help so customer service superb however I did not wish to have a replacement as I would not have eaten it all. Disappointedas was there to celebrate a birthday

Good food, service, and ambience, and a free bottle of wine. What's not to like! We come often for pre-theatre meals, which is also good value.

Dealt with our group of 16 very well. My steak wasn't very hot but due to the size of the group I didn't say anything. We bought drinks separately and 1 of my group didn't like the fact 12 1/2% (optional)was added onto her drinks payment. It was removed though.

Meal was lovely but service very slow so we were unable to have dessert as we were due at the theatre for a show. We were charged for the desserts so we were then late for the show whilst this was sorted.

As always, fantastic breakfast. We’ve been going to Cotê for years and have always enjoyed their breakfast.

Excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere. My husband is in a wheelchair and everyone was so helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
