Delightful. Service prompt and charming, as always. The selection offered was imaginative and well-cooked, and a welcome variety of vegetarian options was offered.

Lovely food and service, but the level of noise is very high, we had trouble hearing each other let alone our waiter/waitress, also we were sat in one of the booths (near the back) there were 6 of us, and the benches are rather small for 3 adults either side .. especially the men ! Just not enough elbow room. But apart from this had a lovely evening.

Absolutely amazing meal as always couldn’t fault service or food. Lovely to sit upstairs much more sorrel. Fabulous little waitress. The lovely thing about Cote is that they don’t rush you so you feel really relaxed. Was there for friend’s birthday so it made it very special. Great restaurant!

Absolutely fantastic service we went to celebrate our daughters 18th Birthday. We arrived to box of chocs Card and table confetti then free pink prosecco and beautiful decorated dessert. The starters were served really quick and the mains were absolutey lovely we all 4 had different mains and all were amazing...don't hesitate just book as gets busy

We regularly visit Cote and we are never disappointed. The staff are always very ⁹attentive, friendly and attentive. Last night we celebrated a wedding anniversary and the staff had decorated the table and we had a card and a box of complimentary chocolates waiting for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We will be visiting again very soon! Excellent!

Fantastic. We were a party of 16 plus a toddler celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Although everyone else pre-ordered, my Mum and Dad ordered on the night as it was a surprise for them. The evening was a huge success. The food was excellent - as always, the atmosphere was wonderful but the staff, they were what made the evening so memorable for everyone. The little touches they supplied for my parents and the toddler were lovely. They were there for our every need without being intrusive. A massive THANK YOU from all of us. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate in recommending Cote Brasserie to anyone.

Excellent service and they really made my daughter feel special on her 13th birthday. We arrived to a card and gift for her as well as a decorated table. She was given a free 'non alcoholic' drink, and when her desert came it was on a large plate decorated with a hand written 'happy birthday' message, in chocolate. They made a special day even more special for my daughter. Thoroughly recommended for any special occasion...or not so special occasion.

The meal and service was it's usual high and friendly standard. This restaurant is one of our favourites because it's alway a pleasure and you are always made to feel valued and welcome. Their food is great.

We had a lovely meal with you, we hadn't booked as an anniversary meal but the staff asked and offered us a complimentary cocktail which was a lovely and personal touch. The meal was great and when we ordered a dessert it was presented on a shared anniversary plate which capped the night for us. Despite not liking a fuss we found the meal very personal, the service and the food great and a lovely overall experience. Well done...

We had fantastic customer service, the food was lovely and enjoyed by all. The birthday gestures were unexpected and wonderful. Every minute of our experience was great. The food looked and tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and made us feel good except none of them spoke French so we got the English experience in a french restaurant. "Nothing wrong with that".

If I could have given Cote zero stars I would have. I booked a table for 4 people and we arrived at 8.30 There were plenty of empty tables, but no staff at the door to greet guests. There was another party of people also waiting behind us at the door. We were TOTALLY ignored by every member of staff. No one looked at us, or even acknowledged our presence. We waited over 5 minutes, then discussed with our friends what to do, and decided to try Turtle Bay. One person left to go and ask if we could get a table, and she got all the way there, found out and rang us.....and we still had not been acknowledged, so we left. Can’t believed how ignorant the staff were! So we had a great Saturday night, lovely food with attentive waiting staff- no thanks to Cote

The food was lovely and all the staff friendly and attentive.

This was a celebration meal for my son having passed his degree. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The additional touches - kir royale, chocolates and, perhaps the most pleasing, the congratulations card were spot on! The service was excellent - being both attentive and friendly. The food was generally excellent. One very minor criticism is that my calamari was slightly overcooked and a bit rubbery. Having had several disasters myself when cooking squid, I do appreciate how hard it can be to get it just right! The duck pate was excellent, as was the pork tenderloin. The potato gratin, however, was to die for!
