We arrived and were greeted with personal service. The table setting looked out into the sunny Peterborough evening. The drinks were brought to us within minutes. There was time to consider the menu options and when ordered just enough time to chat before our wonderful meal. In all a lovely lovely 😊 evening

Very good food and service, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I am never disappointed by the quality of food, it’s always incredible. The only issue is that we had to wait so long to be offered the bill after finishing, that we had to get up and find someone to ask for it. Apart from that, it was great.

As usual, a very enjoyable experience dining at Cote Restaurant, Peterborough to celebrate a birthday. The complimentary kir royales were a delightful extra surprise for our guest of honour.

Lovely meal and location. Staff welcoming and didn’t rush us. The August specials were particularly lovely and what a lovely touch to put Happy Birthday round our cheese plate😁

The service was exemplary with care and help offered by the waitress. The manager returned my complimentary drinks voucher explainingthat I could use it later in the month. Food was fresh and tasty. The fish that I had was softly cooked - perfect. Thank you.

Excellent service and food as always. I had the fillet steak and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the duck off the specials and didn’t stop raving about it! Service was smiley, friendly and efficient as always. Prices are not cheap, especially with the service charge but well worth it for treat.

Welcome, table given, initial service, food quality all very good, as expected, but experienced two issues which left an unsatisfied feeling. First the waitress did not appear to know the menu and could not explain adequately the vegetables included with the dish, causing additional potatoes being ordered. Cotes understood this issue later when dishes were cleared and deleted the charge for this extra. Secondly after receiving the printed bill we had to wait over 10 minutes to actually pay the bill despite asking 2 men staff, on separate occasions, who said they would deal with it, but ignored us for some time causing us to request payment again. Unfortunate as this should not happen.

Another fabulous experience at Cote Peterborough. Great, friendly service, great atmosphere and fabulous food. The staff are very well trained and attentive without being intrusive. This is still the best place in Peterborough (that we know of) for non-specific cuisine (Indian, Italian etc). We have been to the Cote Brasserie many times and never been dissapointed.

Anniversary meal which was lovely food was excellent and staff were friendly and very attentive , will def be back as both my husband and I agreed best meal in ages

Not bad at all, food good service very friendly and everyone enjoyed our lunch. Not our best ever meal there (but then Cote always sets a high benchmark) but given the heat and and the busy room - not bad at all. We'll be back for the summer dinner offer - very soon.

My elderly mother and I visit approx every fortnight when I am visiting her. The service is always first class and the staff respectful, polite and accommodating. If we ever have a problem, it is always dealt with efficiently and with no quibble. We will definitely be returning on my next visit to Mum.

I brought two of my friends to Cote, Peterborough, to have lunch. One was from Lincoln and the other from London. Both were impressed with the attentive service we received throughout our long lunch. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The meal was excellent and the venue itself was lovely and relaxed. Thankyou to all the staff and the chef. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

A very pleasant evening for my birthday. We had complimentary summer cocktails and a surprise Kia Royale for me. As always the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. Always my favourite place to eat out.

Excellent service however, the chef lets the restaraunt down. Ordered steak, asked to be cooked well. Came out pink twice. At this point everyone else had finished eating. Very disappointed.

I’ve been to Cote Peterborough several times for many different types of occasion and it never disappoints. This time I went with a party of 5 other people and all our food and drink were perfect. I had two courses from the new Prestige menu - the goats chees and Breton tomatoes followed by the cod wrapped in French bacon and both dishes were delicious. Presentation is excellent and food is freshly cooked and piping hot. The service was excellent - welcoming and efficient without being intrusive - and the restaurant was full with a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.
