Côte Peterborough

We went there for Mother’s Day. Although the service was slow-due to there being a lot of diners. The food was excellent, would definitely go again, when it’s not so busy!

Service very friendly and food good. On the down side, we had to wait a long time for our main courses, not helped by having a constant crowd of people standing close by, with the front door open and cold wind blowing in, waiting for tables.

Another pleasant lunch at Cote Peterborough - we did seem to wait longer than expected as we had only ordered mains, however this did not detract from the overall experience. Looking forward to returning.

A family lunch in cote was a big success. Delicious food and really super service. I look forward to returning. Thank you to our brilliant waiter and waitress.

We always find here at Peterborough Cotes ...to be very attentive...great service...nothing to much trouble..and along with a fabulous team ...the food has never been a disappointment...one of our Favourites...we recommend the restaurant..to many of our Family...friends and Business colleges ....

Great food, wine and service. In particular Lawra the waitress was exceptional very attentive but not over the top. The special soup was delicious. We hope to be back soon!

We went for breakfast. Great service as always and delicious food. Only negative was some of it wasn't very hot. Gluten free meals were clearly marked which is helpful.

Very good food and wine as well as a kir royal provided free as it was Mother's Day. Very good service from the team as usual with Cote.

My elderly mother and I visit Cote in Peterborough on a regular basis (usually every fortnight) for lunch and we always find the staff friendly and welcoming, the food excellent with great choices and the restaurant itself (including the toilets) very clean. We cannot fault our experience.

Food was excellent but service was quite slow, however it was reasonably busy. Would recommend a visit if you want something different and well cooked. It’s not cheap but you do get what you pay for.

Very busy today on mother’s day. We had to wait to be greeted and for our table. Staff worked very hard and the food was great. But we didn’t order pudding as we waited for service to take the order for too long after being given the menus. Lovely complementary kir Royales for my birthday.

We had a great evening out the service from staff could not have been better friendly and attentive, the the surroundings very food was good and cosy, Look forward to going again.

Excellent champagne breakfast for mother’s day yet again. I had the vegetarian breakfast. Spot on service and quality food. Many thanks guys for looking after us.

Very busy at 1:30 on a Friday. Glad we had booked. Nice table offered and were able to swop the chair to a non armed. Food lovely as usual, I had the half chicken in Provençal sauce lovely amount of black olives. Other half had the pork belly which was moist and fell apart . Both lunches served on hot plates! See it can be done. Waitress was lovely and had a superb attitude. Toilets on ground floor and modern.

The restaurant was absolutely lovely, the meal was wonderful and the service was excellent. We had a lovely evening. As it was a Monday the restaurant was quiet but still a very nice atmosphere.

Made a special event even more special! We were celebrating my wife's birthday and they offered us complimentary drinks on arrival but without any prompting they made dressed up my wife's dessert with happy birthday messages and a candle. Thank you for a great evening!!

Only people in the restaurant but still managed to cook the steak to the wrong style. Ordered med/rare and it was rare. Prices are very expensive for what you get. Also ‘optional service fee’ of 12.5%.... waitress doesn’t ask if you would like it removed before typing the total into the card terminal. Very much doubt that I’ll be returning as this is the third chance they’ve had and still not 100% satisfied.

Our server was lovely and food fab. Very patient and friendly with our 5yo. Would definitely recommend and definitely be back . Thank you 😊

A great night with friends, the food was wonderful as always and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Plus they have a vegetarian menu too which is good.

As ever the staff and food amazing. Always put effort into making the evening good fun. Nothing to much for them and all the little extras go along way.

Cote is consistently very good. Had the fish soup and confit duck. Both excellent. Wife had the crab mayonnaise and then the swordfish. Again, very good. Service top-notch, as usual. Our favourite restaurant in Peterborough - by a wide margin.

As good as always. Extensive menu, comfortable surroundings and excellent service. It is always a lovely atmosphere to come to. It really brightened up a cold day.

The staff were really happy and friendly the food was great Overall was really good night. There only bad point was there was to much salt on the steak from where they had seasoned it. Thanks for a good night.

Always have a very good meal here staff are very good as well think it is one of best placers to eat in Peterborough we definitely be going again

the menu choice was very limited and the portion sizes were small and did not represent good value for money. Seating was also quite uncomfortable pushed up against the wall and service bar

We enjoyed our meal very much indeed. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. It was not our first visit to the Peterborough Cote Brasserie and we shall certainly be back again.

The staff were excellent as was the food, unfortunately the lack of customers detracted a little from the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend as a place to try.

Lovely service, a free glass of Kir Royale each for our anniversary, amazing pork belly, delicious creme brûlée with raspberry special. Ideal for dates but surprisingly family friendly too. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, good service although perhaps the staff could be a little more attentive, they did forget our drinks but were very apologetic when we reminded them. Our brunch was incredible value for money.

Really nice but when they realised it was my birthday the staff came to sing Happy Birthday which is not what you want as a mature adult... embarrassing and cringeworthy. Excellent

Lovely as always, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I had the mussels and chicken liver parfait and both were delicious. The pork belly is also a tasty main course.

Another excellent meal. The monkfish special was something else entirely! Great service as per usual and lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Good food served hot which makes a change from many restaurants and good service. Nice atmosphere too and the early evening menu was good value at £10.50 for two courses.

The staff make the visit exceptional. Menu varied and cooked and presented to a very high standard. Setting was very nice. Tables not too close. Great night out.

Cote always comes up to our expectations, re staff, food, atmosphere and service. This is the only restaurant to travel into Peterborough to dine in.
