Nice restaurant, Nice food , Had a bit of trouble trying to get the attention of the waiting staff when we wanted more drinks, found ourselves waving quite a bit t to attract their attention, but once they came over they were very friendly & helpful.When our food arrived 2 of the steaks were cold, they were very quick to remedy this and completely replaced both meals with a very nice hot steak. The steaks were Delicious - when we received the bill the 2 meals we had to send back were deducted from the bill which we were not expecting, so great Customer service

Horrendous. Steaks were so salty we couldn't eat them, wine was undrinkable, our Christmas team meal was ruined by this experience.

Great welcome from very friendly staff. The choice is very good and nice that always have different monthly specials.. Service and food excellent. One small thing however was that specials pudding says served warm and is not even tepid and apparently kitchen told a set time to warm for. Remedied excellently and much warmer one produced.

As I'd signed up to e-mail info, and given my date of birth, Côte knew it was my birthday Monday. They offered me and anyone else I was going to book a table with, a Kir Royale with any main meal. Hubby and i were going into town to see a film at local Vue, so booked a table. After my mouth watering steak tartar, mushroom risotto and potato gratin, i said no to sweet...however, staff brought me out a spoon as well as my husband, and next thing i knew, i was being sung to, with Happy birthday, and given a beautifully decadent chocolate fondant and icecream! What a special week I've had celebrating my 50th...thankyou Côte!

We were a group of 4 women who had not seen each other for 20 years. The staff were lovely . They were very patient as we kept on chatting rather than choosing food and took great trouble in taking good photos on on all our phones.

Service was really great and the food was good. Altogether a excellent lunch experience. Well done!

The restaurant became very busy so became very noisy . We we’re almost unable to talk to our friends . Perhaps the acoustics could be improved . The food was delicious but we had to wait quite a while for our meal .

One of our party had Whitebait as a starter, but was unable to eat it as it was undercooked. Also, I really dislike food being served directly on wooden platters - I had the Camembert on flat bread (which was delicious) but I am very suspicious of the cleanliness of wooden platters. They should have a cover of paper, or the food should be served on plates.

Really lovely venue for a catch up lunch with a dear friend. We are both francophiles so adore the 'frenchness' of Cote Brasserie. Food - excellent, decor -superb, staff - really good service, with a smile. Parfait!

Food was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if the haddock goujons had been available- didn't understand the explanation given. Tarte aux mirabelles would have been much better if served warm. Service was slow, we were not in a hurry but felt a 12.5% service charge was not justified.

Another good evening out to eat. As normally here the staff are helpful and service is good but you do pay the extra so deserve to be given good service.

Like most of the times we have eaten at this restaurant have had good food there. Good service and good staff.
