Our request for a quiet table away from the doors was completely ignored. We were sat between the main entrance and the door to the toilets so it blew a gale every time the doors opened. Our request for another table was just laughed away. Suach a shame as other Cotes are so much better managed.

Although it was very busy, we had great service and food was promptly served, delicious and piping hot! We were a party of 6 and our meals arrived together, which was impressive in a busy restaurant.

Faultless and charming service and delicious food at very good prices. Horrifically noisy but always a pleasure to eat there. Every dish we had (four of us) was well presented, well cooked and really enjoyable.

I feel your staff are always so rushed I know your busy but I just feel your staff are always pressured and always seem so rushed , they always make me feel warm and welcome looking after me but I’ve noticed they feel like need to rush

As usual an excellent experience in the Sloane Square cote . Food was lovely and fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend it enough

What a buzz, lucky we booked - lunchtime on a Friday. Very good food, lots of choice, and wine by the glass. Same high standard as other London Cotes.

Superb Manager. We booked online as always BUT for 2 not 4. We were told not a problem if we could wait 20/15 minutes. Meanwhile he presented us with a glass of fizz. Such finesse! As always, good menu, food served quickly, nice and hot. Perfect for a quick pre-concert supper. The only quibble is that we had the "two/ three courses special" menu, but when we decided to have a dessert, the waiter only showed us the usual menu, where the desserts are pricier. We didn't notice this, until the bill arrived. So it was only about £4 more, but perhaps as we had started with the "special 2/3 courses" menu, he should have kept to that option for the desserts.

The only fault I would mention is that the tables are very close together, but then it is a Bistro and a very busy buzzy one at that Otherwise the service, food and wine were all of an excellent standard for the money Would definitely visit again when in the area

Service was great food disappointing... I only enjoy enjoyed the Breton Tomatoes as the tomatoes were absolutely delicious... Main course of Asparagus Risotto was bland uninteresting and rice not quite cooked. Peche Crumble tasteless bland dull. Wine average and over priced. To be honest I could make better cooked, seasoned and tasting food at home. Come on Cote!!!!

We had a very tasty meal and it was good value.The waiter Carlo was charming and diligent. We shall return.

Sloane Square Cote, 1400hrs. Paper napkins again. There is no excuse for this. Although the one always given is we were busy yesterday. Just get more napkins. I have been going to Cote from when the two course set meal cost £9.95 Since then the price has risen and the portions have become smaller. I keep returning because I still think you give good value when compared with somewhere like your rivals. The Ivy franchise for example. Do you think they would get away with providing paper napkins?

Lovey meal, great service BUT the place was so noisy it hurt my ears. Obviously a busy time (Saturday evening) but if you could dampen down the noise/acoustics it would be much appreciated.

Excellent food, service and overall value for money - what a pity I won't be able to experience again for some time. The restaurant was quiet as this was about a week or so before the enforced lockdown when things were quietening down, so atmosphere marked down slightly. Good luck to all staff during these difficult times!

We had pre-theatre dinner before visiting Cadogan Hall. We arrived half an hour earlier than our booking and were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to our table. Our waiter was from Turin and was very friendly and accommodating with a good sense of humor. I ordered the Crab Rilletes (amazing) followed by the steak and a chocolate mousse. The food was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t fault a thing. The restaurant had a great buzz and all the staff we experienced were a credit to Cotes Brasserie at Sloane Square. Will definitely be back!

Really nice lunch with two friends. Three dropped out after Boris’s warnings but the restaurant still had its fun, glamorous and lively atmosphere.

We have eaten here several times and we appreciate the range of choices on the menu and the good value for money. Given the current situation, there were fewer customers, which limited the atmosphere but meant the background noise was lower than normal.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Very efficient friendly staff. We had the pre theatre meal which was very tasty and served quickly. The restaurant is always very busy so there is a real atmosphere and buzz. Will definitely eat there again when we visit Cadogan Hall for our next concert.

My wife and I had two very different experiences. She enjoyed her main course chicken dish. My haddock ‘special’ wasn’t...! It was overcooked dry and pretty tasteless. Service was too overpowering. Our mains arrived while we were still eating our starters. Not good.

I have used your restaurant at Sloane Square many times and always received excellent service and food. Tonight though I ordered a rib eye steak which had a lot of grisly content. I did not say anything as the waitress was lovely but could have been better. The waitress said that there had been problems with the chefs tonight. Excellent quality and service. Starters arrived almost too quickly. The table arrangements were rather cramped in a half empty restaurant

Have eaten at many Cote restaurants, but this one exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely efficient and professional, especially Graham our waiter.

Good food and service but very noisy - hard to hold a conversation!

A bit disappointed that on an average bill of £48 per person the lady that was looking after our table could not provide custard with the apple crumble for one of our party and just provided the dish with ice cream and no explanation of why custard could not be provided - creme anglaise was available elsewhere on the menu so don’t understand the problem with providing.
