Côte Soho

Another fabulous visit to, what has to be, the best Cote chain I have been to. I have been dining at Cote for 6 years now and have been to Soho every month for the last 4 years, as well as dining at various other locations. The food, staff and ambience makes an evening into a great evening! The Manager here is first class, as well as their team of fab staff! I cannot recommend this venue and chain any more highly!! :-)

We are ALWAYS exceptionally well looked after at Cote. The staff are always super friendly, very knowledgeable and cheerful. You always have everything on the menu and the range of dishes on the menu is always extensive. We love coming to Cote - you know you'll always leave happy.

Really good meal. Chose from the premium set £19.50. Attentive nice waiter . Always enjoy Cotes great value for money. Looking forward to next visit to Cotes .

Its my second visit to Cote in the last two weeks and its swiftly becoming an absolute favourite. In Barbican branch we loved the value and were raving about how tasteful and delightful meal was. But yesterday at Soho we were swept off out feet by service, attention, warmth and stretching beyond and above customer service standards. Fabio (Manager) and Matej (waiter) made our evening, everything was just done to an absolute perfection : a right balance of food, service and atmosphere. Brilliant team effort and I wish more restaurants were like these in London. A marvellous night at t delightful place. Thank you so much!

Having eaten in the Guildford Cote branch we had expected a really nice experience in the Soho branch on Saturday evening, but we were very very disappointed!! It was really bad. 1/ Food was served far too quickly. Not exactly a relaxing 3 course meal!! 2/ Starter Portion of moules was very small! 3/ Peppercorn sauce with steak tasted like washing up liquid!. It was changed and we were advised that we would not be charged for replacement sauce!! 4/ Chicken in Breton meals (2) was dry. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon! Poor review will follow on Tripadvisor, Google etc. Richard Baird

Very good staff! The pre- theatre menu has a good choice. Also liked the Art Deco style of the restaurant

Just a couple of things we had to bring to their attention on the bill at the end. I think the waiters were all rushed off their feet at the beginning of our time there. However everyone was especially helpful and great communicators! The food was of the usual high standard and good value.

Great meal experience. Good value for money. Staff excellent and offered top level service, especially as our group arrived in dribs and drabs.

We visited for breakfast - delicious meal, excellent service. Crepe was great and coffee perfect. A shame all of the tables were seated close together at the front of the restaurant, would've been nice to have a bit more privacy as the rest of the restaurant was empty.

Not a great experience, waiters weren’t attentive, and all over the place; didn’t seem to understand what we had ordered, just not a great experience here

We had Great food served by very Friendly staff, as per usual, great atmosphere.... we will be coming back for more for sure soon enough. Onion soup in this weather is a must !

I have sent two reviews but for know reason they haven’t gone through, i have always enjoyed Cote , wonderful staff great food.will be back next week.

I was disappointed with meal yesterday chicken Parmentier small portion no parmentier potatoes, cabbage was white, all looked white in white dishes. Mashed potato on top. Don’t feel this was usual good value for money that used to with Cote. I was taking a friend who hadn’t been to Cote but felt I had to apologise for this ‘poor’ main meal.

Food was good and staff were good and overall it was good. Good stuff all around. I thought the attitude and customer service of the staff was good too.

A warm welcome from the moment we walked in. Friendly efficient service, staff very attentive and helpful. Food arrived promptly, wonderful breakfast. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I go to Cote Brasseries in across several locations and I should confess, I am a foodie and enjoy my food tremendously. In the many times I've been to their restaurants, I have always had excellent meals and exceptional service.

Excellent service, good food and exceptional value for money with the early evening menu. Staff attentive and friendly and there was a pleasant bustling atmosphere in the restaurant.

Service and staff amazing fully accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend for all things suprise. Also massive thanks to the chefs. The food was spot on.

We visited the Soho branch for my daughters birthday before a theatre show. Lovely food although our starter had to go back because our order was wrong so we had to wait. Then as soon as we had finished our starter our main was out so we didn’t have a chance to have a break in between courses which was a bit much. There was an apology but no offer of goodwill.

Excellent meal, great value for money. Only one slight complaint, I asked for half a larger when I arrived, but our waiter forgot, when I asked again he brought me a coffee. Apart from this we all had an excellent meal, with very good service.

I have never had a bad meal at Cote. The pre-theatre menus are excellent value with plenty of choice. Second visit to Cote Soho. Love the 'buzziness' of the restaurant and the staff were charming. Thank you.

Very nice lunch, reasonably priced set menu and pleasant service.

Staff friendly and accommodating considering how busy it was. Some of the food however was not good. Our first choice Sea Bream wasn’t available but wasn’t told prior to ordering so had to choose alternative in haste. This turned out to be particularly nice. The chocolate pot was weird and didn’t eat it in the end as very bitty.

Friendly service, we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail and the steak as good as ever.
