Côte St Katharine's Docks

Really attentive first waitress (finished her shift during our meal), she knew we had a complimentary bottle of wine, we didn't need to ask for it. Food was fantastic as always.

The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The set menu is excellent value for money and changes regularly. If it is not too cold, would recommend sitting outside.

Group of 4 of us. We had a lovely dining experience with staff being very helpful to my friend who is dairy intolerant. Food was served efficiently and tasted delicious

Visited with group of friends. Very helpful, friendly staff and service although rather slow, was efficient. Good table/seats overlooking the dock areas. Menu choices were excellent with something suitable for everyone, large or small appetite. Would go back when next in area.

Had the rapid steak and chips. Good range of options in a nice setting overlooking St Katherine's dock especially on the outside terrace area. Would go again.

I do wish restaurants and shops would not pester customers like this. It is really very irritating. If people like somewhere and get good service, they go again. Isn't that enough? The family and I had a super time on Friday evening. Good food and wine and excellent service, and would rate it a 6.

It was OK no wow factor deal before 7 seems good value but thought menu in general overpriced and not very interesting sides very expensive

Great food as always - pre-theatre menu is excellent value. Enjoyed glass of the house red. Normally resist the dessert but glad we were tempted by the crumble.

I enjoyed lovely friendly service with great food in a super location. Côte is always good value for money and this visit didn't disappoint. Recommended!

All perfect other than slow to pay. Tried to get staff attention for a long time before we could even asked for the bill. Otherwise great.

The manageress did everything to make out evening enjoyable. The waitin staff were so attentive at the right time. It was so busy that kitchen staff had to help. Cotes HO look at your profits up your staff and give those at St Katherine's Dock a bonus as they work so hard😊

Nice friendly atmosphere and staff and service was very pleasant and nice. Very nice venue with great scenery. Would always revisit this restaurant for the pleasant service.

As usual this restaurant lived up to the high standards of food and service of the Cote Brasseries. This branch is in a particularly pleasant and interesting setting. We were very happy with our visit.

Excellent. Nice location and usual good quality and value food. We were a party of 6, and one main arrived rather late but the manager immediately agreed to deduct it from the bill - mistakes happen but it's how it was dealt with well that was impressive. Thanks.

Excellent service and great food. It was very busy, so a little noisy; but it's a great restaurant and I would recommend it highly. The location on St Katherine's Dock is beautiful.

very nice setting pleasant environment, food was good, service to start with was a little slow, we had to wait for our drinks, never a good idea to wait for the first drink people might have travelled for an hour to get there

The service was slow and the food mediocre. I was disappointed because it is a pretty restaurant for a chain and the prices are reasonable for London. The spinach and mushroom crepe was a soggy mess and my daughter'S goat cheese with roasted vegetables was mostly carrots and peppers. They could do much better.

Very good as usual. The food wasvery tasty and well presented, and the service friendly and efficient. Would certainly return when next in the vicinity.

Pleasant location and view and good service. Great view across the harbour of St Katherine's Dock. The price was also reasonable. Would certainly consider visiting again.

Great food and pretty good service. Waitress was responsible for too many tables/guests do wax not as attentive as she could have been. Food was excellent as usual but site needs to invest in additional staff during peak times.

Excellent breakfast menu, very clean restaurant with helpful staff. Great location on the docks near the Tower of London. We will definitely go back. We would recommend it.

Surprisingly empty restaurant for 9.30am, but excellent service with friendly staff. Hot and tasty breakfast with fine presentation. Good value for money. Toilets clean too.

Pleasant reception on arrival and pleasant attentive table service .excellent food Altogether a smashing night eating out. All the girls serving and welcoming us had genuine happy smiles.

It was incredibly noisy, we could hardly hear each other speak. One guest had to send both courses back. Two of us were served melon on hot plates. One of them had an overlooked ribeye on a very cold plate. My worst Cote experience and I have been many times.

Everything about our visit was as we wished. The location was good, the service was good, the food was good and the price was reasonable

Food was delicious and the location was convenient and easy to get too by tube, but the waitress had a certain air about her. She wasn't rude but she was not friendly and cold. it was a strange experience.

Excellent food at a very reasonable price for London! Service good considering how busy the restaurant was. Staff very pleasant. Also had breakfast here and again good value for money.

Food was exceptionally delicious and view from terrace very lovely. Restaurant manager was very helpful - turned on the outside heaters and let my husband have red wine instead of champagne with the anniversary menu. Our waiter was friendly but less experienced and forgot a few things. But highly recommended.

plenty of choice good service and food hot and didn't have to wait too long. would have preferred to have the coffee after the sweet course, but wasn't asked.

We have eaten at various Cote brasseries but this was the first time at St Katherine's Dock. We went for the lunch time menu and were pleased with our choices. We ate at an outside table and the food and the service there were satisfactory. At pervious Cote visits we have felt that nothing was too much trouble, as this one was very busy with London lunch time trade it didn't feel as intimate as others. It's a great place to people watch as well though if you like doing that sort of thing!

It was extremely hot despite the staff moving us to a more ventilated area. However, this restaurant is in an excellent position, serves good reasonably priced food and the staff are helpful and attentive - we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

May have been an off day for them but the service was really very poor. Food was great, ambiance is great. It became apparent that they had a waiter on who was new and, honestly, had not been properly trained. He was trying his best I guess. When we mentioned it to the duty manager, she mentioned she had only been in post a few days. So I'm not sure what is going on at HQ but they need to sort this out. I've always been very happy with Cote so chalk this one up to a bad experience, but it really was a bad experience.

this is our 1st visit to this branch making this our 6th Cote in greater london. It was as always really great in all aspects.

Nice restaurant with a nice view on to the dock. A lot of outside space to sit and to enjoy ones meal in the sun. Service was good and food is delicious. Nice selection of wine.

Good food, good atmosphere and very good service. An excellent way to end the week and looking forward to the next time when we hope to get a table on the water side.
