Disappointing starter, slice of brioche with mushroom sauce including half a mushroom.Sitting in the window seat very uncomfortable in full glare of the sun.Why no blinds? Not up to usual experience.
The items we asked to be removed and replaced on the breakfasts were written down but not done. Food came that wasn’t wanted. Food quality as good as ever though
Overall a good breakfast meal, we just waited a long time and kept having to remind the waitress about our coffee orders.
Food excellent, but service was unbearably slow. Beautiful steak tartare, fish stew and pork belly. I find the 12.5% optional gratuity annoying. I do not mind paying a tip,
incredibly slow service to get served, waiting too long between courses and keep having to ask for something. The restaurant was very quiet so no excuse for poor service. Despite this we then paid 12.5% service charge which was added to the bill!
Service was great, lovely staff and good venue, but thought the food quality did not match the price, expensive for what it was and won't be going back.
NOTHING REALLY BAD BUT FOOD WASN,T GREAT SO PROBABLY WOULDN'T RUSH TO GO BACK, NOTHING REALLY BAD BUT FOOD WASN,T GREAT SO PROBABLY WOULDN'T RUSH TO GO BACK
It's an average restaurant with wonderful staff. The food quality is just average considering the quality of the food. The best thing about the restaurant is its location.
Food good as usual service was o.k. my favourite restaurant chain I just feel that some staff must realise that they are not the most important people there
Staff seemed miserable as if they didn’t want to be there Not very attentive We waited 20 minutes from finishing main course before anyone came over to take plates and ask if we wanted dessert. - we didn’t bother and left
