Fantastic service really nice young man couldn t do enough for us. Food excellent. Would prefer not to have service automatically added on to the bill.

We had good service and good value for money with the fixed price menu. Excellent wine. I have been several times and enjoyed the experience.

Food lovely but gosh they are so slow with service . Staff lovely but they need to be more attentive and quicker or they just need more staff

We enjoy eating at this restaurant the food is always excellent and so too is the service. With the special menus you don't have to keep it just for special occasions and we often take advantage and pop in for lunch

Food was excellent as always. I did find the chairs a bit uncomfortable (must as for a booth!). Also our waitress didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks when we ordered food and too an age to bring the bill. But all round we enjoyed our visit

I enjoyed the summer salad but after leaving the restaurant realised there had not been any jambon included, but feel this was just a mistake.

Once again a very positive experience. The food was excellent as always. We were celebrating a friends birthday, the waitress was attentive, friendly and cheerful, and very patient.

Friendly and efficient greeting. Good waiter. Onion soup lukewarm and replaced. Bill not accurate. Otherwise fine. We are regular diners at Cote Brasserie and will remain so. Guess this was a blip. Normally would be a 5 or 6.

We enjoyed the July complimentary Apéritif, having booked via the website. The service was excellent as usual as was our meal, we choose off the July specials.

Food and drinks were good. Service was fine. However, bill with 12.5% "optional" gratuity charge added to the bill, very irritating - don't do it!

Food good as always, staff friendly and helpful although apparently my friends who arrived before me had to ask twice for their drinks. Overall nice experience as has been every visit so far!

My 90 yr old aunt and I took a steam train to Worcester and I saw that there was a Cote there so I booked it in advance. I know how good Cote is wherever you go and this one didn't disappoint. The set menus are such good value and the food delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been to many different Cotes and I have never had bad service or food. Went to Cote for breakfast. Always a relaxed and friendly experience. Breakfast was tasty and generous and catered well for vegetarians and gluten free guests. Highly recommend

The food was as good as ever but the service was extremely slow to start with. The drinks did not appear until prompted and 2 starters arrived a good 10 minutes before the third, even after 2 prompts.

Food was great, service was excellent, the only reason I don’t give 6 stars it’s because they could give us a little plates for the bread and butter, but overall it was really good, will definitely coming back.

The service has always been attentive and first class in this restaurant. The staff seem to go the extra mile compated to similar chain restaurants. The food and drinks are always top qualiity too, I will be returning.

attended cote brasserie in Worcester at are from the set menu. All of our 4 starters and main courses were excellent, we could fault it. Excellent value for money also

Had a lovely evening on my wife's birthday with family and the starters and the main meal Breton fish stew always a winner My wife was given a complimentary glass of bubbly and we also had our free bottle of rose The staff were exceptional and attentive made our evening fun and enjoyable as always

Went with friends for first time last night. Wait staff were attentive,service was good & the restaurant was nicely presented. Nice to see a gluten free range on the menu too. Will be going back in the future.

Superb experience for our 25th wedding anniversary , staff so friendly and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was delicious and hot. Would recommend to friends and family.

Exellent service and customers, people skills. We’re served by the manager and she was outstanding. Not a trouble when asked a question or needed some adise regarding the menus. Will visit again. And the Rose was fabules.

As always Cote never fails. The Worcester restaurant is in a superb position if it's a nice warm day to sit outside. The staff are extremely attentive. Highly recommend.

Staff were very attentive, showing us to our table immediately and looking after us throughout the meal. There were six of us and we all found several options for our starters and mains each settling on something different to each other. The wine selection on offer was very good too, although there was only one cider - albeit very good. We all had a great time and remarked on how good the food was - especially the steaks. I had a ribeye and my wife had a fillet - they were both fantastic. Deserts were, as usual, more limited in choice but what we had were also excellent. The bill for six of us came to £275 which, when considering the quality of the food and the great service(including two bottles of chablis and several bottles of the excellent French cider) was pretty good value. This was the second time we've eaten at Cote Worcester and it won't be the last!

An excellent evening with friends (their first time at Cote Brasserie....they were particularly impressed by the quality of food & the price ) .It is always a joy to go there ,whether for coffee ,lunch or dinner....either as a couple or with a group. The warm welcome and attentive but unobtrusive service is a delight and enhances the overall experience.

Staff were great, food great service great! Venue was really loud, but it was a Saturday night. Although it was very busy it did not impact on the service!

Beatiful food. Reasonably priced off set menu but did need to ask for this menu. Front of house very welcoming and efficient. I do feel waiting staff should make you aware of the optional 12.5% tip.

Brilliant staff, service and food! Best place to eat in Worcester! The belly pork is to die for. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough to you!

Many things were not available from the menu, the Manager said there was a delivery problem, but to be fair, she did give us a discount.

nice food. felt the restaurant lacked atmosphere. but a pleasant evening none the less. staff good but is adding 12.5% service charge really appropriate. i didn't feel the service merited a £20 tip!

Slow service upon arrival waited 30 minuets bdfore they took our drink order. After that food was lovely and service was good. Overall happy would go again

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, but the service was quite slow. If we hadn't already known there was an early bird menu we would have missed out on it as only the a la carte, vegetarian & more expensive set menu were pointed out to us on arrival. I felt that directing us to the more expensive options without reference to the cheaper deal was done deliberately

Generally, very good service and lovely food. However, EVERY time we eat at Cote it is almost impossible to get the bill. Once dessert has been served, it is almost as though you don't exist. Customer Service should continue until you leave!

Great food, great service! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I even got a candle with my dessert and all the staff sang happy birthday to me :-)

Great menu with lots of options, food quality reasonable although steaks were over cooked and expensive for the quality. Waiting staff 6/10 and seemed opportunistic
