Crab Anatomy in Fitzrovia is one of the most exciting pop-up venues in London, without question. With Masterchef runner-up Dr Nawamin Pinpathomrat at the helm, this creative concept restaurant showcases his signature deconstructed crab dishes, and you can expect to find the signature crab curry; truffle crab made with crab broth, coconut milk, galangal and white truffle oil and the crab platter that features a little bit of everything. Made with freshly caught Cornish crab, each part of the crab is prepared differently to showcase its various flavours and textures. Located on England’s Lane, just down from Haverstock Hill, this chic Fitzrovia restaurant is perfect for lovers of high-quality British seafood. Reservations at Crab Anatomy are essential to avoid disappointment.

Amazing as always! Always an unique experience with Nawamin at Crab Anatomy!
Overpriced, terrible portions and bad cocktails. Our cocktails arrived really late and the food arrived too quickly. The manager seemed to be annoyed almost all the time. The service was really good by one of the waitresses, was really chatty! Avoid if youre heading to this concept restaurant for a good meal.
This was my 3rd visit to Crab Anatomy and sadly it wasn't as good as previous visits. The crab cake was smaller and not as well made. Other dishes however, were as good as ever. I asked for a glass of Viognier (on the menu) however none was availble, which was disappointing.
