Always visit Cunninghams each time we are in Kilkeel. In fact we often drive down 1.5 hours away just for the steak! Reasonably priced amazing food and great service! Highly recommend

I'm a regular customer and Cunninghams bistro never let's me down. Food service and staff top notch as always. We had the festive club sandwich - delish! Their soup- broccoli cauliflower and cheddar was so tasty and our dad had the freshest haddock from the pensioners special menu 😋 see you soon for your turkey and ham dinner , saw this coming out after our order and it looked so tasty

The Steak Sandwich here is absolutely outstanding – nothing like a regular sandwich, but a full-on gourmet experience. The Himalayan salt aged sirloin was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Served on toasted sourdough with a beautiful balance of sweet roasted red pepper marmalade, a hint of chilli jam, and creamy roast garlic aioli – every bite was layered with depth. The rocket and shaved parmesan added freshness and just the right sharpness, while the home-cut chips were golden, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. This dish is a perfect example of comfort food done with finesse – rich, balanced, and incredibly satisfying. Worth every penny and definitely something I’ll be coming back for!

Twice now I have made bookings and been contacted directly by Cunninghams to advise they are not open and have to cancel the booking. They need to update their system that it doesn't allow bookings during the closing times.

Cunningham's is a lovely place to go for a meal. From you arrive the staff are always really pleasant and very helpful. The food is well cooked and beautifully presented and it's got an overall enjoyable surroundings I love to go there and I would certainly recommend it for good food value for money and lovely staff
