Da Vinci’s is essentially and unashamedly one of the Walsall region’s most traditional Italian restaurants, with values that express the best of Italian cuisine manifest in rustic recipes handed down generation to generation. The a la carte menu is a formidable list of regional classics, but don’t forget that the chef’s in Da Vinci’s Anchor Parade, Aldridge kitchen have curated the best for their three-course lunch menu (served from noon until 5pm), mid-week specials (with complimentary bottle of house wine) and fixed price three-course Sunday menu. To name just a few, we can’t recommend enough the funghi ripieni, breaded mushrooms stuffed with pate, the king prawn thermadora, mains such as the pollo Amalfi and the bistecca billet rossini – but there’s some real magic at work in house specials like the duck Da Vinci and signature rack of lamb.
