Very friendly staff, great service and the food was very good except for the chicken dish on the specials board. We went before the cinema so not too busy but not empty either and the staff fully appreciated that we needed to leave by a certain time. Although not a huge menu, I would thoroughly recommend it if you like tapas.
A very authentic Spanish experience. Excellent tapas with lots of variety. Only tried the Cava but the wine list looks great. Lovely ambience with a guitarist playing. Definitely going back. Highly recommend.
Good food, although some wasn't that hot giving the feeling that it had just been heated up. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this restaurant.
I went to De Nada at the weekend for a special meal with my other half. We really enjoyed the relaxed surroundings, the friendly, efficient service and the simple but delicious authentic food. We'll definitely be going back!
Great food, the Jamon and cheese were fab. The service was excellent and most impressive was the atmosphere which had a real buzz, would go again
Really good. Always a pleasure to go there, but they made a special effort for Valentine's Day. Complimentary Cava on arrival and a rose for the ladies. Food really good and super-friendly service. Highly recommended.
Very good friendly service.Lovey food and atmosphere.Secound visit will come again.our table wasn't ready but was not a problem as we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited.
Service was really amazing, the food arrived almost straight after ordering and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious, my only fault was that overall it was quite expensive.
Came here not knowing what to expect & found a lively (noisy) restaurant & wine bar. Our waiter took our order without writing it down & did forget one item patatas bravas but it didn't really matter as the food we had was delicious although that dish would have rounded the meal off well. The food certainly arrived quickly & we were finished within half an hour which was amazingly fast & not really what we are expecting. So great food, lively venue but possibly not the place to catch up with friends as too noisy to hear what others were saying. Probably best as a pre/post cinema or theatre meal.
Great restaurant, food was delicious but the tables are very small. Even though we had a confirmed booking they struggled to find space for us (4 people) and two of us were on fold up chairs! Saying that we would all go back as the food, service and atmosphere was great.
Great atmosphere, great service, and, most importantly, great food! We went on a thursday eve for our anniversary dinner and had a fantastic meal and time. Try the sangria, it's world-class! Thank to the whole De Nada team.
Warm and friendly staff; service was efficient and timely. Food good overall; maybe menu needs another one or two vegetable based dishes but what we ate was delicious
Great food, fantastic Rioja, fabulous service even though the restaurant was full and lovely setting and ambience. Website doesn't do the restaurant justice - time for a website upgrade?
the sangria was very weak, as i lived in spain and had a bar i do know a good sangria when i drink one. when ordering postra i was told there was no chocolate con churros, so disappointing
The location, ambience and food were excellent as was the service. However it was a Saturday night and as the tables filled up the noise levels grew to the point where it really detracted for the whole experience. I could hardly hear myself talking to my friend. I would not go back in the evening but maybe a lunchtime would be less noisy.
The food was delicious and dishes looked appetising; the best fish was the calamari which really melted in the mouth! The Spanish sherry was also lovely with an amazing churros desert. I couldn't fault the food or service.
Food very average, not good quality ingredients - aubergines tough (therefore old), chorizo with Jerez showed no signs of sherry. Pork belly not cooked long enough, too much fat, not enough flavour. Potatoes good but not spicy (bravas). Service attentive but no training apparent, I sat with an empty wine glass for 15 minutes and finally had to ask for another. Wine v acceptable, not expensive. Probably good for groups of shop assistants.
Great food and wine/cocktail list. Lovely staff and buzzing atmosphere. Lovely waiting staff, very attentive. Slightly too noisy towards end of evening but otherwise great.
great food, very good value but service was a little bit slow at times and they forgot to bring some bread that we had ordered. Will come back though!
An excellent tapas restaurant with a wide interesting range of dishes available. Dishes well presented and dishes arrived hot! Lively environment with friendly helpful staff. An excellent dining experience.
De Nada is excellent! The interior is beautifully decorated and has an intimate atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the chorizo with sherry, roasted mushrooms with garlic, and blue cheese. Overall a fantastic, authentic experience and I look forward to going back.
De Nada is a real find and a brilliant addition to the restaurant scene in Guildford. The food was lovely and it has a great atmosphere. We will definitely go again!
Great atmosphere, music, food, wine was incredible. Very friendly staff. The Quandoo booking hadn't made it to the staff terminals, but they accommodated us regardless. Recommended.
Great food and wine list, tucked away in centre of guildford - makes a very nice change from chain restaurants! Staff are really helpful and friendly also
The food was excellent, staff were really helpful and very friendly. Churros were great! Probably the best tapas I've had in the UK. Thanks :)
Great atmosphere a little bit of London in Guildford. Good food and selection of wines. Rustic and relaxed. Would recommend to friends one to try
Great restaurant, great atmosphere, lovely food, lots of nice cocktails and sangria, spanish staff all very friendly... really good night out but make sure you book well in advance!!
Very rustic with a nice atmosphere, food was absolutely amazing, it came out fast and fresh, would definitely go there again, I would highly recommend
De Nada is about a 40min drive for us and my partner I were really excited to go for a Saturday evening treat. We arrived 6pm and it was not busy. Immediately I was disappointed because the only no alcohol beer option on the menu was not in stock. When we ordered our tapas plates one of them was not available, despite it being so early in the evening. This limited our tapas choices which was also disappointing. I asked for bread to share and was given 4 tiny slices of French bread at a cost of £2 - this was overpriced and very stingy. Our food came out slowly, one plate at a time so that we were not able to enjoy the different plates such a potato and prawns together. My partner and I are both very careful about our food intake but when we go for dinner we like to relax and enjoy the meal.... We both felt the portion sizes were on the small side. The atmosphere was good and the wait staff lovely. However, the overall feel was that it wasn't quite the tapas restaurant we had hoped for and I would not return.
Good quality Tapas, and friendly service. Nice ambience and even live music ( Spanish flamenco style guitarist ) on a Tuesday night. The only slight downside is that it's a bit noisy for those of us who no longer have the hearing of a 21 year old. Not sure whether it's possible to address that.
Great! Lovely food and atmosphere and great wine! Thouroughly recommend this resturant to anyone who likes tapas. Staff are very helpful! A+ on all counts!
Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Some of the best tapas available in Surrey (I know, that's not saying much) but it really is fine quality.
great food and service. the waiters are spanish and the food is all very authentic and gret quality. will be returning and recommending to others.
We all had an enjoyable time. The food and service was good, the atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly. We will be returning.
Food was lovely especially the pork belly and everything arrived piping hot/fresh. However it did take a few asks for our coffees to arrive! Good tapas.
Food ok not startling, but nice atmosphere, large party in so staff distracted by that so service eratic Staff not helpful in helping to choose dishes.limited lunch menu, and silly idea to have 2 tapas + a desert on offer, unable to swap desert for extra tapas ! Lots of people these days do not eat desert.
Delighted to find this really nice little place with friendly, helpful staff, lively atmosphere and really good tapas - food can be pretty average in Guildford restaurants so this is very welcome! Enjoyed the live guitar too. Will definitely come again.
De Nada is a wonderful restaurant with an excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. I have visited a number of times and we have never failed to have a great night. The authentic Spanish food is always incredible!
Brilliant place for Tapas. The food is excellent, really fresh and full of flavour as tapas should be, not the greasy imitation you get in fake tapas chains. Atmosphere friendly and relaxed. Will be back.
Visited today for our anniversary meal :-) Service excellent, food very good. I would have preferred it if all courses came out together , but really not an issue. Have read reviews where people have complained about being rushed but we were allowed to take our time :-) Everything fresh and hot, although roasted med veg served cold so be aware. All good as far as we were concerned :-) My only gripe was the chuross was light and fluffy but quiet oily :-(
Great food - very authentic. Service was very good even though restaurant was very busy - which was surprising for a Sunday lunchtime! Thought the dishes were a little expensive - our bill was rather high. Would come back.
Fantastic venue, atmosphere, food and service all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely highly recommend and will be returning. Great setting off the beaten track.
Very disappointing food. The restaurant looks promising when you enter but the service is skow and every dish disappointed in its lack of authenticity. A real shame.
The choice of tapas has widened since our last visit which is very welcome. Service top notch as usual. Missed the guitarist, however; he gives the place the Spanish atmosphere.
Beautiful restaurant, really well decorated. It has a lovely atmosphere, great selection of wines and delicious food. Both me and my partner are vegetarian, and there was a great selection of options.
Great atmosphere, great food a fun night out The manager cannot do enough to insure that you have a good evening nothing is too much effort
Very nice food and drinks. Good service and friendly staff. Would recommend to others. Can be very hard to find, as down a very narrow alley that you wouldn't notice unless you are looking for it.
Tucked away off Market Street, this is a nice restaurant, staff were all friendly and food delicious. I would be happy to recommend it as a informal night out.
A lovely little restaurant tucked away in the centre of town. Great atmosphere and good, quick service which you need in a tapas restaurant in case you want to order some extra dishes. I would have liked some more salad/veg options on the menu to balance the richer dishes. Could also do with the specials being in English on the board and not just Spanish as it's a pain to ask what each one is. Minor points though!
Fab atmosphere and excellent food, great to relive our holiday tastebuds here with wonderful tapas!
