Brilliant night and excellent venue the food is lovely, the shisha was lovely and the service was excellent we will most definitely be back to visit again with friends
We left the restaurant after waiting over 20 minutes to be acknowledged by any staff when challenged we were told they were short staffed the truth is they were only interested in focusing their attention to people who arrived after us and were using the smoking lounge we left and went to another restaurant called The Refinery within 5 minutes we had a bottle of wine on the table and fantastic service.
Nice staff and great environment. Not too expensive, would definitely return! Food was good size portions for price and came quite quickly. Would highly recommend!
Food was lovely, needs more heaters outside during winter for the shisha! Service really let the place down. Food and drinks took ages, no one came round to attend to the shisha or replace coals, and when we asked one of the girls she told us to find a man to ask... once service is improved and the girls who were on the desks have training in how to SMILE, and the shisha guys manage to be a bit more attentive and come round to check it every 10-15 mins (like other places in Liverpool and of course in middle eastern countries) this place will be great!!
Was a great chilled place no hasseling apart from people about two three times came over with Somone else's order telling us it hadn't been paid
