Great atmosphere and authentic food. Staff very helpful and a pretty cool bo-ho feel to the place. Location very good with lots of pubs nearby.

Service was good, food was very tasty! Don’t know why we didn’t try this place earlier! Some guy walked in and said ‘no I don’t want poppadoms, there a waste of time but people don’t know that’ bit of a weird thing to say but thought I’d make his ridiculous comment public to ridicule. Great place and well worth trying out!

Great food and lovely service and just around her corner which is perfect! Definitely worth a visit. Will be back. Our new favourite Chester Indian.

We had an excellent meal. Garlic chilli chicken for me every time. My son had the vegetarian alternative which was also very good. A very enjoyable evening

Used to go to the old restaurant, definitely has lost its charm. Korma sauce was watery, small slices of chicken. Wouldn’t really go back unfortunately.

Good food, good service. This was our second time at the restaurant and yet again is the best Indian we have found within the Chester area. I just would like a little honey within my peshwari naan. 😉

Food was good but service awful, waiter was miserable and totally uninterested in us as customers, got the sauce for one of our meals after asking twice as we all nearly finished then the arrogant waiter argued with us when we said we weren’t paying for that meal !!!! Also no lime for bottles of corona. I recommended this restaurant as have been before and was very disappointed

Fabulous quality and tasty food. Friendly and professional staff look after you really well. Good but not silly portions... emphasis is on quality. Nice modern vibe in the restaurant. Big bifold windows for warm summer dining in the heart of hoole

The service was excellent and we were not rushed into ordering our food. We were in company so talked a lot. The table and cutlery was spotless. The food we ordered was perfect and nicely presented.The plates were hot so we did not require warmers .The drinks were presented with lemon and ice.The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Overall we had a very enjoyable evening . We look forward to booking again

Service tailed off as restaurant got busier and no mango latte at end of meal, good service and mango latte made Delhi Street special to eat at, shame if they are cutting back!! Food still very good.

Good atmosphere and menu but overpriced for the food quality. Once drinks are added it came to £75 for 4 people (2 kids!) and we only had 1 drink each. Ok but wouldn't go again in a hurry.

We love this place, consistently great food and service. Highly recommend the Bhuna and the Madras, so delicious! Served promptly too considering it was a Saturday night.

Visited for a family birthday meal, everyone was really happy with their starters and mains, particularly the Madras and Chana, staff really looked after us and the BYOB makes it such a bargain!

Really good food and staff friendly. Prices good and where it I in Hoole is very central. Curries are the best I have had in a long time but a little in the hot side but very tasty.

Overall, the food was below average quality and quite tasteless. The whole meal was expensive too and did not represent good value for money; over £45 with no alcohol, starters or desserts. I can assure you the food and price of the food in the streets in Delhi would be considerably more flavoursome and cheaper. Therefore, the visit did not represent a good meal. On a positive the service was very good and attentive.

Great welcome, attentive but not pushy service, very good food. We had a sharing platter and it was so tasty. In all we recommend this restaurant highly.

A very pleasant experience with my friends. The food was excellent, the cost extremely competitive, but perhaps because it was a Friday, the service was perhaps a bit slow.

Good food but complete lack of clarity about the terms and conditions for a special offer voucher we wanted to use. We were told we had to use the voucher for 4 meals and this was clarified on the website but I could not find it.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and very clean- 5 stars in that respect. We are on a Saturday night with a 50%off main courses deal. The food was ok...enormous and super fresh naan bread was the best part- one is more than enough for 3-4 people. Although the curry itself was extremely salty which was a shame as the lamb was tender and it was obviously very fresh. My husband had a different curry of medium to hot strength but struggled to eat it as it was so spicy. We’re not shy on spice either. Would we go back? Probably not

Great food - particularly the chicken achari. Friendly staff. We took two friends along who’d never been before and they loved it too. The Saturday 50 deal made it even better.

Excellent food, service and good value for money with the 50% off mains Saturday evening offer. Looking forward to returning soon and may try the take away option too.

We had brilliant service and delicious food. We had an issue with 1 meal and it was sorted straight away with no problems. Staff were so helpful and the menu was really great, had an amazing curry that I've never seen before. Will definitely return
