The Italian community are an established part of the social fabric of Scotland, and one of the most recognisable signs of their impact on society is the many family-run Italian restaurants that can be found on every High Street in the country. If you’re in Dundee, then you probably need no introduction to Don Michele on Perth Road in Saint Cyrus. They offer the classics of the cuisine – friendly, family-orientated atmosphere, Italian decor and a menu filled with favourites. That means pizza and pasta, of course, and their selection takes in the best of the genre. Our pick would be the house signature, the Strozzapreti Don Michele, pasta with gorgonzola, chicken and leek, or from the pizza menu, the Salsiccia, with spicy sausage. Take a trip out of Saint Cyrus – just along Perth Road from Dundee city centre – for a family feed to remember at Don Michele.
Great atmosphere feels like you are in Italy. I was quite surprised when i saw the size ot pizza's and they are delicious. Great value for your money!!!!
Place was lovely and very warm and inviting. The food was amazing, and hot when arrived, also very filling which was just as well as it was expensive. £45 for 2 meals and 4 drinks. Will be back but only on special occasions.
Staff and food were fantastic. Good price for what you get. Very happy with service, staff were friendly, charming and made sure all customers were happy.
