Really friendly staff who looked after you well. Food was tasty and good portions. Lovely to get all that salad! Only downside was the table a little tight for space. But overall a great place and we will come again. Thank you 😊

Great food as always , friendly staff great service .

This was the first time we visited the restaurant. At first it was very quiet with only a few tables occupied. It sort of lacked atmosphere but this improved as the restaurant filled up. The noise depends on the other dinners. There was traditional music being played but this was not heard because children where watching a programme on a tablet computer with the volume on full blast. I am sure on another night things will be different. That aside the food and wine was delicious. The service was great and the building interior was very interesting. We will certainly return to eat at the restaurant again soon.

Excellent food and very friendly service, will definitely be going back

This was our second visit to Edessa, this time with friends. The food was amazing as the first time, with a great atmosphere. The only issue we had wasn’t that we ordered starters and mains as a sharing platter for four, but both came out as a sharer for two and had to be sent back to be cooked again. I thought a little touch from the management on the bill would have been a nice gesture or maybe a complimentary drink or two. But other than that, a good night and would recommend.

First time in this restaurant, family of 4 we were seated at the round table by the window only downside of the evening it was chilly but didn't spoil it for us we put our coats on until we warmed up every other aspect wonderful but we did order too much food so had to have a doggy bag will definitely be returning and very happy to recommend. Thanks Guys and Gals great job

We went to Edessa for my birthday lunch having been impressed after eating there with the family at Christmas. The food was as good as ever and Phyllis went out of her way to make it special surprising me with a birthday dessert complete with candle and singing Happy birthday. We are already planning a return visit.

Very nice restaurant in a very casuL way staff really friendly and food was excellent. I would advise to book an early slot such as 7.30 as it gets very busy.

Absoult fantastic, the staff were great atmosphere was good and food was put of this world. I've been to a few places and there's nothing more annoying than staff coming up whilst your eating... the team were on the money let you eat in peaxlce but let you know they were there if something's not right .. not rushed and given time to enjoy the meal... definitely worth a visit ... and priced very well....
