Food just average. Husbands steak not very nice. Booths uncomfortable unless you are very tall. Your feet don’t reach the ground and no foot bar under table. We had to change to bench table.

Good value tasty food - the beef brisket Sunday Roast was particularly good. The one downside was the pork knuckle (which was what we had gone for) was off the menu that night! Happy Hour steins (2 pints) at £6 more than made up for it, and the live music was a nice addition (and the acoustics for that were really good - much better than the piped music which was a bit too loud for us). Friendly staff though, and a good night out overall.

Called the day before to ensure the international rugby was being shown. Booked via this site got there,no knowledge of the booking ‘technical glitch’ apparently meant it was accepted in Error Fair play to the staff they ran around to find a tAble for me. However In its previous life as ‘walkabout’ it was the number one place to go to watch sport especially rugby. Einstein showed great promise plenty of big great quality screens, however as the matches started instead of putting The commentary on they decided to have a local band play some great tunes badly at 3pm?! It should be criminal to have the sound off whilst NZ are performing the Hakka! Despite there being a load of rugby supporters the band drowned out any atmosphere. Ended up leaving at half time went to Mccooleys instead and the atmosphere was great. It would appear Einstein is trying to have its cake and is Wanting to eat it aswell. It Needs to decide if it’s a sports Venue or Early bird kick off for stag and hen dos ... one thing is for sure it can’t do Both well! as things are I know where I will be going for the remaining autumn internationals and six nations and it’s not going to Be Einstein unfortunately

Nice place, lovely staff- bit of an issue with the food,(things missing from meals) 30%discount was the answer from manager- which is fair enough I guess.

Pleasant atmosphere and fantastic service. Food and drink selection was varied and good quality. Good views of tvs for sporting events and clean tables x

The food and beer is really good, the table service isn’t bad. They were just a bit overwhelmed during the world cup. I look forward to going again!

The place is superb though the deposit but should be better handled and just given back instead of trying to work out our bills as there were some we of us but overall it was a fantastic day thanks
