The service we received from a female server was impeccable. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down, now we had sea food, so it was expected to probably be frozen. Although we didn't expect all of the food to be prepared from frozen. We simply couldn't finish desert, not because we were full, no because the lack of taste, it was bland all round, a very big disappointment. We have been here many times before and we are saddened to see the decline in the quality of the food

Really nice staff and they accommodated our large group well. Took a while for our orders to be taken. However, when the food came out some of it was cold, especially the lasagnes. Also, they gave one of our desserts to the table behind and didn’t seem too apologetic. Overall, it was a nice experience as we were celebrating two 21st birthdays and they did a sparkler in dessert thing. Nice Italian touches as well.

Food mediocre! Calamari v average, frozen no crunchy exterior. Quarter Chicken was very dried out!

Our first and I'm afraid our last visit here since it was Valentino's. It took almost 2 hours to get main courses only for 6 of us and one round of drinks. We had to go and find someone to order our drinks and then again to order our food. We felt invisible and no-one seemed to care if we were there or not. Food was OK at best. Never again

Excellent service, perfect food. Lovely atmosphere, lively but not too noisy. My kids loved their food (and they are alway picky!) from the bambini menu. It was nice to have a mocktail since I was driving. We had the lamb Sunday dinner, perfectly cooked and a delicious plate of food. Great service from Miguel. Will definitely return!

Really lovely restaurant would definitely go back.The food was really good.

I visited with 3 other people, starters took just under an hour to arrive! Everyone enjoyed them, especially the fish cake. Mains arrived, I had the sicilian pasta with nduja sausage, nice flavour but the pasta was very overcooked, not something I expect with a restaurant. Seafood risotto was the same, overdone, it should have a slight 'bite' to it, not completely soft, also was hardly seasoned. Lasagne was very nice, calzone was tasty but dry around the edges as if it had been reheated. A side order of the chips we ordered arrived when we had finished the mains as well, odd!

It was a bank holiday and they were serving coffee and food outside so that May account for slow service inside

Booked for lunch with two friends and had a fabulous time. The food was great, the atmosphere very relaxing and loved the ambience of the whole place. Will definitely be back.

My partner and I came here with friends and couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed it afterwards. We couldn't resist ordering starters, mains, desserts and a couple of sides, and every single thing was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was so friendly and was really helpful in ensuring that my friend with a nut allergy ordered dishes that were suitable for her. By far the best Italian restaurant we have ever been to, we'll definitely be back very soon!

On a blistering hot day the beer was warm and we had to wait what seemed like forever for our overpriced food.

I first came here about 15 years ago, this is the first time I’ve dined here since the change of name. My husband and I loved the revamp, we’ve always loved the atmosphere but somehow it seemed even more welcoming. The food was incredible and the decor really brings a taste of the Mediterranean to Harborne. The staff were all so friendly and seemed so genuinely happy to be there! We had a great tome and will definitely visit again
