We had excellent food in a very pleasant restaurant. The staff were attentive and it was a very good experience. Would recommend El Patio to anyone

It’s a relaxing smart/casual environment with fabulous food and exceptional staff. We have been 3 times now and they have all been the same. We thoroughly enjoy it.

Really nice food but customer service is not good waited ages for menu and food and groups got served before us. Don’t think would go back.

Great food and very friendly service. Couldn't be happier with he service. Creamed spinach with the garlic and chilli was a big hit as was the kebabs and chicken with rice. Great time

I have eaten here a few times and it was lovely - This time though we were nearly an hour waiting for someone to take our order and the food when it arrived was cold and a bit miserable. Maybe just an off night for them.

Great food once again, pleasant surroundings and good sized portions. Remember to book in advance, it can get busy but that's because it's worth going to!

Wonderful food, quick service, friendly staff. You can’t go wrong going to el patio! The atmosphere is buzzing but not too noisy! Always get a table even when it’s busy!

Definitely recommend this restaurant was a Great atmosphere and had lovely staff the food was lovely especially the desserts if you have room for it .

The tapas food was great but it was crazy busy with Christmas parties and so loud, however we had fun night and lovely to have a boogie.

Arrived and waited at the bar for table for 20 minutes. Once we had the table we were asked to move tables half way through our meal. Then once finished asked to finish drinks back at the bar so they could have our table again. So we moved to the bar but no seats available at the bar. Food was lovely but moving around so much was not ideal.

We arrived at the restaurant and the waiter was extremely rude, he insinuated that I didn’t answer my phone regarding the reservation. I proved that I had no missed calls and he embarrassed us by shouting in our face and informing us very abruptly that he knew how to do his job. It was my birthday and I felt very let down and sad.

Went on a Sunday lunchtime and restaurant was quiet but Good food and service as always. The pulpo was a bit more fatty than usual but still very tender and delicious.

Brilliant! Great atmosphere friendly staff the food was amazing. I have to say the two for one cocktails on a Thursday was a welcome surprise. Pina colada anyone?!

Lovely food, very quick service, staff very polite and helpful. Good atmosphere, lively and friendly. Music was a bit too loud for us as we wanted to chat, but imagine was good later on when people started to dance!

Fantastic food, both the tapas and the skewers were delicious, and good friendly service. Nice buzzy atmosphere too and the prices were reasonable. Hope to visit again soon!

Good food. Good size portions. Polite service. Very quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, sure they must be a lot busier in the evenings. Will probably visit again next time we are in Epsom.

Good selection of yummy tapas , friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.Also had an area where you could have a dance.

We prebooked and stated we were going to use our Dineclub card to receive their stated discount; we arrived at correct time, were seated immediately and service was good. The drinks and food arrived in good time; the food and service was good. However, trying to settle the bill, using our Dineclub card (25% off total bill) it wS initially declined! on request to speak to the manager, the waitress came back and offered us a 20%! We asked again to speak to the manager and only then did we receive our 25% discount.. We were 6 diners... This left a bad taste to a nice lunch...

Excellent food and great service. Very entertaining and lots of energy and great vibes. The staff were super efficient and very friendly, no pressure to leave. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend it.

Great food, great service! This place is always a joy to go to. They even boxed up my spare sardine for my cat - Now thats service!

We had booked a table and arrived on time. The orders were taken quickly, but not all dishes we ordered arrived. As no one visited our table during dining we didn’t notify the staff anything was missing until the bill came and it included the missing food. We asked to remove the food we didn’t get and the waiter tried negotiating a new total which was still more than the bill should have been. In real Spain where we’ve lived in the past, the water would have brought a new correct bill or even the total below the actual cost. After we paid the bill we were finishing our drinks and googling which way we need to go from the restaurant when the manager came and asked us to leave the table and go to the bar for a drink to finish what we were doing. I appreciate they’d like to seat people at busy times quickly, but there were many same size tables available and no one in the barker queueing for a table. After 45 minutes in-and-out process we felt “fooled” and “thrown out”. It’s a real shame the service wasn’t as good as the food and the design of the place, we really started liking the place until the service fell them short. I would not be able to recommend to eat here if you need to impress someone as the staff will leave you feeling unwelcome and fooled.

Great meal at El Patio. The atmosphere is always buzzing and our waiter was very attentive. The food came quickly and tasted amazing! We had both types of sangria which are a must!

Friendly attentive waiters although restaurant was quiet at the time we ate. Had a couple of tapas before a paella, which was very nice. First time dining at El Patio, and will be going again.

Fantastic quality food, and a really lovely atmosphere would highly recommend to all. Did have to wait for the table, but once seated service was good.

This is a lively, busy restaurant with a great atmosphere. It can get quite loud and echoey because the floors and walls are tiled. The wine list is extensive. The food was superb - we ordered vegetarian paella and various tapas. The pork was mouth watering. The selection for vegetarians is good.

Lovely restaurant, plenty of space not squashy, staff were great as it was a Friday night it was very busy but didn't have to wait long for our food and drink, would definitely come back and would definitely recommend it.

Booked for 8:15 but wasn’t seated until 9:00. Restaurant was busy and we waited awhile just to order drinks. All that aside, food was very good and atmosphere was lively with some good tunes playing.

Food there is average. It is a friendly place but food needs to be better to make me come back. Service was excellent that night.

Tasty food, big portions, fantastic service staff. We loved it! If they've had a wider wine selection, even better. Definitely we will come back again!

Very busy friday Night but the waiters were very attentive and the food was excellent. Not cheap, but the portions are large and we ordered too much. Recommended.

The food is so good! Staff are friendly. Only down side is that is gets super loud in there when they have the tv on and everyone is cheering!
