Didn’t get to taste the food to comment. Loads of people waiting 1 1/2 hr plus for tables that had been pre-booked. Spent the time waiting for a table that never came even though we had booked. Clearly they had overbooked so went elsewhere as elderly parents were hungry.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing—the steak was top-notch, cooked to perfection. However, the table service was very poor. There was a long wait between the starters and the main course. Then, after we had paid and were already exhausted from waiting, the floor manager came over and told us we had to leave, as we had stayed too long. I was completely shocked, speechless. For that reason, and because of the frustration with the waiting, I do not plan to return. Other restaurants offer amazing steak, an excellent menu, and, most importantly, exceptional table service. I really do not intend to return to this restaurant.

The lack of organisation made the experience not great for us. 3 families were booked for 6pm. We came for Mother’s Day dinner booked for 6pm, but didn’t get seated until just after 6:30pm and we ate at 7:45pm. There were no updates throughout, we had to constantly ask a different waiter for updates and they kept saying they would come back but didn’t. The food was not worth the wait, it was only okay. To conclude, me and my parents were not happy with our dinner experience.

The food and service was amazing service slightly delayed but the place was packed so to be expected. I can't fault rhe dining experience as me and my daughter went for a Mothers day meal. The only thing I would say is it is quite expensive like the steak does not come with any extra's like fries and trimmings. You have to pay for it seperately the sauce and gravy is charged as well for the price of the steak it should come with those as a standard. Over all I enjoyed the experience. Defo designed for a special occassion 100%

Booked this restaurant for Mother’s Day when I arrived they turned me away and tried. My booking wasn’t available.

The food was fantastic. However there was a lot of disorganisation and it felt like they have overbooked (it was Mother's Day) and frankly there was a very chaotic feel. They needed someone front of house to greet people and communicate. People were waiting outside and the ones waiting inside, were standing right up close to people's tables. Hopefully they learn some lessons because the food was very decent.

We had a table booked for 4.30pm so that we could eat with our 9month old baby and get him home for bedtime. We weren’t seated until 5.15pm and still hadn’t been served our food at 6.50pm. We had to leave without eating. Terribly disappointed and this experience ruined my partners first Mothers Day.

It’s was really nice , good food and a great atmosphere

First time visiting, cocktails were excellent. The waitress made a call on one our cocktails because my friend wasn’t sure and she came up trumps. The meals, starters and main course were excellent but sadly no room for a pudding, as we were full, but maybe next time. We stayed till very late and didn’t feel at all pressured by the staff to leave. A lovely evening

States on their instagram 2 for 1 cocktails every day between 4-7 and even messaged them to ask if this deal will be on but they said no and acted like they didn’t know what I’m on about even when showing them Their instagram adverts and message.

Great food! Entertainment was a lovely surprise! Cocktails weren’t great which is the only negative had to wait a long time for them to arrive which was a disappointment. The rest of the service was good! Even when they forgot one starter however the Scallops were definitely worth the wait! Can’t wait to eat them again! Fillet Steak was cooked perfectly and presentation was good.

The good: our mains were delicious. I had the fillet steak medium rare with beef dripping chips and my partner had the sirloin steak and mash. Wine was reasonably priced for the bottle. Belly dancer as entertainment was unexpected but a nice touch. The not so good: Whilst they were quick to take our order, our drinks didn’t arrive for ages then our starters took 50 mins. I had the chicken wings which were freezing cold so we sent them back. Our mains took another 25-30 mins and they initially gave my partner the cheese mash by accident (he hates cheese!) so he sent that back and had eaten half his steak by the time the correct mash arrived. Service charge is added to the bill as optional and we decided to only pay some of it, we were questioned why, when we told the waitress our reasons she got very defensive saying they were busy. Please don’t ask us if you don’t like the feedback. The bill was £150 so not cheap, I would expect the correct orders to arrive and in a timely manner for those prices.

Service incredibly slow after starters served. Steaks really well cooked & great quality. Grateful to have finished main before the fire eating dancer performed due to the smell of paraffin. It was so strong made two of our parties eyes itch. Not put off as would definitely return.

We immediately noticed that everywhere you looked, it looked immaculate. We then met the immaculate waiter/manager, ate immaculate food and paid the immaculate bill. All in all, very nice

My husband and I had dinner here for new years eve. Had a fabulous time food was amazing staff were brilliant cocktails were on point. Will definitely be coming back.

Had heard great things about Ember but was sadly quite disappointed.. our cocktails were so sour we kindly sent them back or asked for some lemonade.. the waitress seemed pretty upset about this. We then ordered steak, someone had mentioned these came on hot stones but there was no mention of this. Maybe this could be easier to see on the menu it’s quite a selling point. Our steaks arrived both myself and a friend ordered medium rare but they were not cooked like this at all more to well done. We should have sent them back. Especially as it was £80+ per head..

We went to dinner with friends. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly but also courteous. We had no idea that there would be entertainment in the form of a beautiful young lady fire eater who also did belly dancing. Quite unexpected but very entertaining. We would recommend the restaurant to family and friends and would go back again.

Steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly , tender and delicious. Nice to be able to have mash instead of chips too. Only bugbear was no option for onion rings which I always like with steak. Delicious food and great service, nice decor too, would recommend a visit

Fantastic new addition to Elmers End! Really impressed with the flavour and quality of the steak, it ticked every box for me and I’m very hard to please! It was so good we’ve rearranged our Ladies Christmas lunch from Grasso to Ember, really looking forward to going back and trying some other dishes. Well done Ember, you’ve hit the ball out the park!

It was a special occasion, celebrating a 75th birthday. The staff very kindly decorated the dessert plate with birthday wishes and a candle on the sticky toffee pudding, with happy birthday music playing. The birthday boy was quite chuffed! All evening the staff were very attentive and catered for special requests.

Positives: friendly service, food was mostly very nice, steak was good quality and sides were excellent, fun live entertainer doing fire breathing Negatives: too expensive for what it was, long wait for drinks, calamari rubbery and strong petrol/smoke smell lingering after fire breathe act

The food was ok. Nothing especial at all but most of it was the noise the music was extremely loud for a restaurant people go out for a meal to chat drink nice wine and relax I felt I was in middle of a disco couldn’t hear a decent conversation but the staff were very nice and pleasant
