Always good fresh food and great coffee. The deli also stocks some fine cakes, beer, etc.

Good initial few mins ... but service disappeared & felt lacking .... lovely surroundings great decor & tasteful interiors . Sorry chairs too hard ! Overall the food was good to read on the menu & was well presented .. but was lacking in real flavour . Felt they had held back on real seasoning... needed to wow but wasn’t quite there. Bought some bread & cakes to take away ... sadly once again the carrot cake looked the part but didn’t quite deliver . Unsure if I would try again.... I know who I would Prefer & offer you to visit for the much needed extra .... in Ledbury ... should not Be hard to work out who . Sorry ...

Our second visit, the first for morning coffee and this one for an evening meal. Lovely vibe, great staff, food delicious and beautifully presented. A good addition to the Malvern eateries.

Food was excellent. Service was not quite on point in terms of initial welcome and getting things right first time, but I guess a new team building experience. Ambience picked up as lunch service busied nearer 2pm.

Decided to book a table for lunch at short notice to avoid queuing. Decor and atmosphere is good, but table was a little sticky to touch. I mentioned this to the waiter but was told this was due to the antibacterial spray damaging the varnish… it would then need to be re-varnished again?? Menu is limited, really think they could include some sandwich options. I ended up going with the brisket flat bread which was the only meat option on the menu. It was nice but I think a little too expensive.
