Great place to meet friends, can be a little expensive for what it is

Left no food in stock had to leave was rubbis

Nice food, nice atmosphere however, staff seemed annoyed to be there. Says it on the website it opens at 11.30, booked a table for 11.45 the lady told us we had to wait as they don't open until 12. Bit confusing to say the least.

Terrible- booked a table in advance but then told there was a 20 minute wait cos of problem with the tills then they had no ribs or chicken wings - my friends drove 4 hours to get here and were badly let down - shambolic!

A nice afternoon with good food, a good ambience. Service was slow due to covid restrictions but overall very pleasant

Took 30 minutes to get a drink, had to go ask be served, not so bad but when you only have a 2hr slot was a bit long.

Great bar for sports. Service very slow and food (burgers) very poor, so don’t go for the food but certainly go for the game.

Great visit to the restaurant to watch the football with some food and drinks! Ordering online could be improved as some options were not available, and the table service was slow at times

Hardly any veggie options and the plant based burger was completely dry with just a slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce. Maybe some relish, halloumi or vegan cheese would help. We had to call the waiting staff over every time we wanted something and when leaving the fat idiot on security said ‘bye beautiful’. I’m pretty sure in today’s ‘me too’ society the steer is that this behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from a member of staff. Not impressed

Drinks took 45 mins to arrive so only stayed for 1. Food came before drinks. Bouncer was very rude. Staff inside were lovely though.

Really slow service. Ordered on the app, waited for ages to be told the ones I had chosen were unavailable. Small price difference but I was out of pocket as a result. I appreciate they were busy but it hasn’t made me want to rush back.

Apart from the lack of cocktails and spirits it was a great day!

The waiters and waitresses were really lovely and the bar had good strong cocktails.

Our first visit back after lockdown, wasn’t disappointed, the food and the staff was excellent a real warm welcome. All the COVID-19 secure measures were in place, couldn’t feel more safe. Well done Firepit, we’ll be back 😎

Food was poor. Service was bad, table left full of empty glasses, jugs and bottles for hours.

Great establishment nice food reasonably priced drink could see a TV wherever you sat👍

Difficult to hear waiter with masks, although I know they’re not allowed to take them off but they dint seem to understand that we can’t hear them. Got my order wrong and had to be send back to kitchen Waitresses over attentive ordered drinks and then three waitresses came to take order. This happenned more than once

Was seated 12.10 came took drinks order still waiting 12.40 for 2 drinks had to ask as everyone after us had drinks and some had already got food finally got drinks 12.45 then waited for food 1pm burger very over cooked and unable to eat it then bill arrived other people items on bill dirty table on arrival and has cleaned sticker on it which had not be cleaned properly complained to be told new member on staff on took £3 .38 off bill will i be back again definitely not .....

Atmosphere was off putting staff were rude was asked to pay for drinks before they came . Asked for hot sauce for our food the waitress said ok then put her coat on and left very rude

It was really good first time we have been and we really enjoyed it with everything going on and all the measures in place the food was really nice too will definitely be returning

Service for drinks was slow for a Monday night but food was nice

The food was very average. Overcooked burgers, stale burger rolls. The chips were very tasty. I never understand why real cheese isn’t used on nachos. Overall the food was ok but could have been so much better.

Went for drinks. Good view of big screen. Bar, staff were friendly and doing a good job of keeping tables clean and sanitised.

We ordered food which took a while as there was only one person serving, our food came and looked lovely we asked for salt and pepper to be told they ran out the day before

We asked to move table as we were put at a high table but was told there was no where else to sit as there was 7 off us. (High stools with no backs not very comfortable for older people) service was a bit slow but food was nice. Had to ask a few times for the bill,

Poor service. Two waiting staff walked past me while I stood quite politely waiting to ask a question about seating. More interested in conversations with colleagues than customers. Watched the waitress sanitise our table, I’d be amazed if this was considered a thorough clean given the current circumstances. Menus were plonked in front of us, with no explanation of how to order. We ordered two butter milk chicken tacos - what we got was nothing short of disappointing. One strip of chicken cut into 8 pieces and 4 Small tortilla circles ... could have passed for a children’s meal. Bacon and cheese burger tasted like charcoal, completely burnt and served in a stale bun, on a cold tray. New Yorker hotdog tasted cheap, what was meant to be pulled pork on top didn’t taste anything like pulled pork, and the roll was stale, chips were cold as it had been served on a cold metal tray. The burger was crunchier than the home made spicy slaw, which had zero flavour, not a hint of spice to be found. First and last visit!

Not great! The food was poor quality and one of our party had to send her food back!
