Amazing food with great service from friendly staff, will definitely be returning
Food was very good. Disappointing they ran out of home cooked chips but apart from that food was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Service given overall very good nice place and comfortable surroundings to enjoy a meal and drinks.
lovely restaurant. excellent food. Only problem was my daughter who is thirteen wasn't that hungry and wanted to order from the kids menu. The menu stated that kids meals are suitable for 9 years or younger. we were told that because she was 13 she had to order from the adult menu which she did and subsequently left most of it. this needs to be addressed by the restaurant as we wont be going back until this is sorted.
Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, staff pleasant and helpful. We chose from the Christmas menu and the meals differed quite a lot - the salmon was a good portion but the vegetables that went with it were insignificant ; the bacon loin was tasty and portion size good; the turkey portion was huge with vegetables spilling over the plate. We felt the veg portions could have been distributed more fairly. However, we enjoyed our night and would return but wouldn't have a "special" menu.
They stop serving food at 4 but your site let us book after this time. We were turned away and had to look elsewhere . Not happy
We went on a Wednesday night so was a little quiet but that didn't spoil the experience.Lovely friendly staff. Great food and good choices .Nice surroundings. We chose the two courses for £10.99 and wasn't disappointed.Will definitely go again and would recommend.
