Special lunch, early evening, and Monday surf and turf menus bracket a comprehensive a la carte menu and wine list of a highly international character. Forge Brasserie is perhaps best known for its fresh seafood, with mussels, scallops, breaded whitebait, and oak smoked salmon cornets filled with Norwegian prawns being highlights – and that’s just for starters. Choose cod, haddock, sea bass or lemon sole and your choice of sauces – white wine, Mornay, bonne femme, San Remo or Provencal. If you’re looking for luxury the lobster at market price comes highly recommended.
