Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, the food was of a good, expected quality,but nothing to shout about.

The fish dish was so spicey my wife could not eat it, between medium and hot spicey, She left most of the fish. The bill double charged us, I has a price fix, charged, and then the waitress added the individual item cost Having been a regular for many years, they will not see us again.

Always delightful. Server was very good. Food was top notch.

I dislike staff constantly filling-up water glasses at the start of the meal, especially when barely a sip has been taken, pushing us to order a second bottle before the meal has even started.

We are regular visitors to this restaurant and on this occasion, as is consistently the case, the experience was first class.. The food is excellent, it has a comprehensive menu, service is very user friendly-and the wine list is beyond superb!

We’ve been to the restaurant twice in one week. We’re visiting from New York City. We’ve been to London very often but only now experienced this restaurant. We were struck by the staff and its clear joy in dealing with customers. The food is exceptional in every respect.

The food we had was good, but nothing “special”, flavour wise, and somewhat under-seasoned, but all elements were perfectly cooked and the service was excellent. Would happily go again for a “safe” option.

The food was amazing. Loved the burrata starter and lobster spaghetti. My friend had the Parma ham then game. We both found the flavours delicious. Wine list is good. Only downside was the service which was a little slow so we didn’t have time for dessert before our theatre show.

We had an outstanding meal and service with the Spanish waitress but unfortunately I don t know her name. The atmosphere, the food and service was great. I will recommend it to my friends.

we booked Fraco's because it was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend it too, the staff are very attentive and the food was Amazing , the most different food choices we have had in an Italian restaurant . A great place to eat and lovely atmosphere .

Beautifully prepared food, lovely staff and a very knowledgeable sommelier who helped us choose some lovely wines that complimented the courses so well.

Franco’s was as amazing as I remember from 27 years ago when I lived in London! The staff was friendly and service was top notch. The tortelli dish I had was perfectly prepared. My husband and friend both had the pasta dish with black truffles. Wow! The wine list is extensive with something for everyone. I hope I don’t have to wait another 27 years.
