Frascati Restaurant

Superb food, very laid back atmosphere - a bit like going back to the 50's and 60's, but excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a really good meal.

I hadn't been here before and wasn't sure what to expect. A friend had been before and recommended it, but she hadn't been for a while. I thought it was going to be expensive. I was wrong on that score. What a lovely surprise. A two course set menu £13.50, and a varied choice. Quite large portions too. The service was wonderful and they couldn't do enough for us. Easy listening music in the background. Perfect.

Excellent service. Meal different for each of the four of us. Each dish was first class. Thank you Look forward to the next visit in near future

Friendly and pleasant staff. Food good. Room very cold. Extra heater added since radiators not working, but room not warm until we left! Décor "tired".

Had passed this restaurant for about 30 years and thought to give it a try. First thing we saw as we were pulling up was a black board saying ‘ Beef currry and Rice ‘. Bit off putting when it describes itself as traditional Italian !! So we pulled away and went to a pub around the corner

Despite this being an 'old-style' restaurant, the food is just superb and really worth visiting! Highly recommended.- but don't worry about the tired decor- all the energy's in the food!

First time at Frascati Restaurant.. Excellent food, nice pleasant atmosphere with friendly, entertaining waiters ! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to all family and friends. Loved it :)

Lovely food party of 6 all enjoyed their food good value and food portions would definitely visit again. The waiter service was excellent warm and clean.

Excellent food, good value, and staff were particularly accommodating to our boisterous 2 year old. We will come back more regularly. Also give 25% reduction with Gourmet card.

Friendly staff, a home cooked meal feel to the dishes. Good portions. A nice atmosphere to the restaurant and very good value for money. We would definitely eat there again.

Fabulous restaurant with amazing food and the friendliest staff ever! They made our evening a night to remember. One tiny niggle was they didnt itemize the bill though im sure if we had asked they would but we we were having too good a time!

Very good service and good food, but we were the only people in the restaurant! Good value for money. Check the service charge, it does not go to the staff and do not add a gratuity to a 'card' payment as this also will not be passed on to the staff. If you like the attention and service you receive, give the staff a cash gratuity!

it is several years since we've been to Frascati and we found excellent food and a lovely Italian experience. We will certainly recommend and go again.

The food was well presented and the portions were more than adequate. Our small party of six people thought that it had been an enjoyable experience to dine at the Frascati Restaurant. We had the lunch menu which was varied and we thought was very good value compared with that offered by most high street restaurants. Recommended.

Quirky, traditional, unpretentious Italian restaurant with gorgeous food and very friendly staff. Loud road noise (it was a hot day) but they can't help that.

Weird staff that hang around at your table for too long telling strange stories and plain food with barely any flavour apart from garlic. Would not return even if it were free
