Really love this place for a special occasion. Interesting dishes, excellent ingredients and beautifully cooked food.
Very enjoyable evening. Have dined here for many years, under different owners but hadn't returned since slightly sub-standard experience during a lunchtime visit. Very different this time; food top quality-nice touch as chef toured the tables. Service very good if ever so slightly too rapid. Paid full price for each of three glasses of decent Kiwi Sav when I feel might have been fairer to charge for carafe equivalent. Overall worth 8.5 out of ten, though.... .
Great food and it is quiet so you can hear conversations. Will go again, but it is quite expensive. Thanks for a good evening and meal.
Fantastic Christmas lunch. Highly recommend this restaurant, staff were very attentive a Christmas Day we will never forget Thankyou for making our Christmas Day a special one.
Lovely quite old fashioned restaurant with perfectly white tablecloths. Wonderful food - everything was delicious! Choice on Sunday menu catered for everyone. Bread and butter pudding - wished they sold it and i could take some home.
