Fujiyama

Waited an hour for one plate to come. Ended up waiting another hour for the rest to come until my boyfriends food arrived. So I asked whether my food will come too and they told me they cancelled it? I asked why and they told me because it was so busy. But there were less than 10 tables filled and I was the only one that didn’t get anything.

Food nice but not very large portions. Service with a big smile though!. There was zero atmosphere downstairs and it was very quiet. Just needed a bit of music to liven it up

From the outside it looks like a typical Asian takeaway, and it may be a put off. However, the tasty food and the great service makes it an excellent place to enjoy Japanese cuisine.

Great, fresh and tasty food. Delicious seaweed salad and avocado mini rolls. Very good atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are not too high what is quite important ;) My favourite Japanese restaurant!

Great food but had to wait too long for rice and noodles to accompany main courses and couldnt find anyone to bring the bill. Place was busier than previous visit

Good quality sushi in a relaxed environment. Some rolls were of a higher standard than others. The soft shell crab was brilliant, I'd definitely go back.

Great food and service as always. Lacks a bit of atmosphere when you sit downstairs without any other customers. We are always surprised that it isnt busier

way too expensive, spent over 40£ and still was hungry, sushi itself was not that great either. there are lots of other things but these are most important

Great nigiri but fried dishes were too heavy. Friendly staff and quite quick service which was nice. Very reasonably priced we thought. Arigato gosaimas. Will recommend!

Very smart decor, attentive and efficient staff and delicious food. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended for lovers of Japanese food and good food in general.

Really nice meal - we are surprised that the restaurant isn't busier as the food is great. Food came out a bit quickky if anything but it worked for us as we were hungry!

Very average sushi experience, extra mayo on ALL rolls, tempura rolls were over cooked and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, tuna nigiri was not fresh looking and soggy gyoza.

I had a lovely meal at Fujiyama. I had to rearrange a few times as I was running late and the restaurant was extremely accomodating. The food was superb, the sashimi, miso soup & seaweed salad absolutely delicious. The service was delightful and we were not hurried in any way even though we ate quite late. I will definitely eat there again.
