There’s was not a full menu (Covid/chef related) but the car dry was on and it was very good. Fair play to the limited staff on, they did a great job and the service was top notch.

We would prefer the music to be less intrusive but
Booked table..no carvery left, ordered salmon from menu, no salmon left. Asked for a glass of Shiraz wine, did not have Shiraz. Decided on a chicken burger my friend could not eat hers far too peppery . Not a brilliant experience.
Went here expecting carvery, advertised outside on board but no carvery. Very little choice on main menu. I had fish and chips, hubby had chicken burger, I had a double gin he had pint shandy and it was almost £34.00. Hubby not impressed with his food nor his pint. Carvery should not be advertised if not on.
Friendly staff, good food, prices ok, drinks cold, food hot
