The gilpin bridge inn is definitely well worth staying, the staff are lovely and can't do enough for you and the food is excellent, we are going to stay here again,we highly recommend a stay here you won't be disappointed.
I was with a party of four and we all had the roast dinner which was very good the only problem a little to much food( as in to many potatoes) therefore we left a little except my husband who ate it all !!!
Really great place. On Sat 7th Jan '17 at 7pm, we were looked after by 2 young members of staff who were perfect. They were friendly, polite and efficient. Our meal was excellent and far exceeded usual 'pub food' we've had in similar places. Food quality was very good. Everything was cooked as we had requested and was all piping hot. Very good portion sizes, but at very reasonable prices. We do not live in the area, but will certainly be returning to the Gilpin Bridge for a meal and will recommend it to our friends.
