Giraffe - Cheshire Oaks

Lots of unavailable Items on menu. Service very slow, probably because they were understaffed. Ordered a rump steak cooked medium with garlic butter. Had to ask where the garlic butter was as there was no sign of it on plate and was told they’d run out. Erm... maybe should have said that at the time of ordering! Steak was very rare and bloody, husband’s food was cold and bland. This place is nothing like a normal giraffe restaurant which we really like. Would spend your money somewhere else and give this noisy chaos a miss!

Very understaffed waited ages for food... Seen one lady send her food bk twice. Usually food is nice. Looked like all staff were narky and scruffy. Wouldnt recommend anyone at all to go unfortunately

We hadn’t visited a Giraffe restaurant before so we’re interested to try it. Not a good impression from the start as we stood on the doorway waiting to be seated and were seemingly ignored by staff. Then when we were finally seated, service was slow. Slow in taking the order and slow in serving our drinks. Onto the food, what we ordered was ok, not large portions but pricey for what it was. My husband’s chips were virtually cold on arrival although when he asked they were replaced with fresh hot ones, so I don’t think we will be visiting again.
