Very slow service considering it wasn’t busy. When the food arrived the order was wrong. Child’s portion (chicken wrap) was just about okay for a 3 and a 4 year old but was really very small. Wouldn’t have suited any older.
Arrived without a reservation to be told they were fully booked all night . Went outside & was able to book a table online for 30mins later . Why did staff lie to paying customers ? .
Good menu selection, difficult sometimes to attract waiter's attention even though restaurant was not very busy, cracked glass on front door a bit of a concern.

Incomplete dishes, long wait appalling service, food portions ridiculous. It Used to be so good.. now so bad. We are disappointed and shall not teturn
Love giraffe generally but service at the guildford outlet is poor. Long waits even if not busy. Food yummy but experience poitou when waiting that long with little ones.
Wasn’t really busy for a Saturday, busy enough though, still every front of house staff came over making sure we were ok and everything was good. The food was good and the staff pleasant, warm and welcoming, I can’t really ask much more than that
Fantastic service! My husband & I brought our 3 children here for an evening meal out & we absolutely loved it. My son has ASD & is extremely fussy with food but Girraffe were more than happy to accommodate his request. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for a great experience!
